Greetings my fellow Politicanauts!

Editors note:
This evening two candidates shall step onto the debate stage in hopes of landing major verbal blows against the other. A prize fight of words and political promises. The main stream media rating whores are salivating for the event in hopes that blood drips into the murky Political waters which shall create a feeding frenzy for the piranha political pundits.

Through all the pushing and shoving, name calling, and Political lies..... one simple question continues to resonate....

Are you better off today than you were 8 years ago?

Have you been watching the shenanigans as we prepare to watch the two candidates battle it out in a debate forum tonight? I was bemused by a news story all over the net this morning...

podium

Trump, Clinton tied nationally and in swing-states: polls
“Clinton is 5’4″ and Trump 6’2″ and her team wanted the podium modified or a box added so she won’t look short next to Trump,”

The posturing by the Clinton camp is pathetic and as usual backfired when they whispered that Marc Cubin will be front and center in the audience to irritate Trump..Trump counter punching with suggesting he will invite Jennifer Flowers ( Bill's Mistress ). The latest news is neither will really be attending, more psychological warfare to get into each others heads.

Clinton has been practicing for the last week, with full 90 minute dry runs with opponents who have attempted to mimic how Trump will perform. Clinton's attack lines have been psychologically tested, Politically grouped to force Trump onto defense and remove his Presidential stature.

At the end of 90 minutes, the Political pundits and Agent Provocateurs shall sift through and spin what is politically advantageous for their respective party. The Main Stream Media will of course be waiting in the dark dank political waters as bottom feeders for those drips of blood in the water.

The Main Stream Rating whores will pounce on any gaff/issue/response of the candidates and as expected will attempt to minimize Trumps performance and raise the performance acclaims for the Clinton machine - the race is fixed - We all know it going into the debate debacle.

Will Trump destroy Clinton? Or has Clinton got the inside track?
I guess we will know after the debate tonight!
Yes we shall be live after the debate..watch for our posts!

GUN GRABBER IN CHIEF: Obama Wants U.N. Firearms Treaty Ratified Before He Leaves Office

The controversial UN ‘Arms Trade Treaty’ would impose heavy restrictions on manufacturers, sellers, and owners of firearms and ammunition. Obama wants to make sure the treaty is in place before he leaves office.

Economists have a message: Clinton's policies are wrong for America

On Monday, I joined with 305 economists from universities, think tanks and businesses across the country to convey a message to the American people: "Hillary Clinton's economic agenda is wrong for America."
Our statement, printed below in its entirety and signed by some of the county's most prominent economic theorists and practitioners, bemoans how "misguided federal policies have produced one of the slowest recoveries on record." It warns that Clinton, the Democratic nominee, "promises to repeat almost all of [President] Obama's policy mistakes" and her "outdated policy prescriptions won't return our economy to the faster growth rates it once enjoyed."While Clinton offers more of the same, we suggest an alternative. "What America needs, and what Americans deserve," says the statement, "is an agenda of economic freedom: limited but effective government, policies that rely on and strengthen markets, pro-growth tax reform, sensible federal spending restraint, regulatory relief, sound money, and freedom to trade."

After meeting with 2 leading candidates for POTUS, I'm more convinced than ever that Israel-US bond will remain strong after the elections.

Gingrich labels Clinton 'fox,' Trump 'hedgehog' in tweet

Former Speaker Newt Gingrich on Sunday labeled Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump as a "hedgehog" and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton as a "fox" in a tweet.
"Clinton is a fox who knows many things you can fact check," Gingrich, a Trump supporter, tweeted Sunday."Trump is a hedgehog who knows one very big thing: We need change."

Kerry: Pardon for imprisoned FARC leader not part of peace deal

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said on Monday that a pardon for Ricardo Palmera, a leader of Colombia's FARC rebels known as Simón Trinidad is not on the table as part of a peace agreement between the group and the Colombian government.
"Simon Trinidad was not and is not part of this agreement," Kerry told reporters during a trip to Cartagena for the signing of the agreement to end 52 years of war. " ... We’re well aware of the requests that have been made and the interests that people have. But that’s really something that has to be dealt with through the Justice Department, not the State Department.

Suspect gives himself up after France supermarket shooting

A gunman opened fire near a supermarket west of Paris, injuring two people.
Police surrounded a building, believed to be the suspect's home, after he fled the scene of the attack outside the Super U store in Port-Marly, about 20km west of Paris.
A police official said the man quickly handed himself in following the incident, which took place at around midday.
Reports on the suspect's age have varied, but he is be understood to be a man in his 60s or 70s who is already known to officers.

Hospitals overwhelmed by wounded in Aleppo as Russia ignores Western pleas

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry defended his efforts to negotiate with Moscow over the war in Syria on Monday, despite the collapse of a ceasefire that has led to a massive Russian-backed assault on the besieged rebel-held sector of Aleppo.Medical supplies were running out in eastern Aleppo, with victims pouring into barely functioning hospitals as Russia and its ally President Bashar al-Assad ignored Western pleas to stop the bombing of the last major urban area in opposition hands.

Moscow and Damascus launched their assault last week despite months of negotiations led by Kerry that resulted in a short-lived ceasefire this month. The secretary of state's diplomatic overtures to Moscow had faced scepticism, including from other senior officials within the U.S. administration.

Kerry said his failed ceasefire was not the cause of the fighting, and the only way to stop the war was to talk. He lashed back at critics, including Republican senator John McCain, who described him last week as "intrepid but delusional" for putting too much faith in Russia.

Deutsche Bank shares hit new low

Shares in Deutsche Bank have hit a new low after a weekend report said that Chancellor Angela Merkel had ruled out giving it state aid.
Concerns have been raised about its financial health and the bank's shares are down more than 50% this year.
Focus magazine also said that Ms Merkel would not get involved in its dispute with the US over a $14bn bill regarding the sale of mortgage products.
Deutsche Bank said it had not expected Ms Merkel to intervene in the US case.

U.S. Indicts Chinese Businesswoman, Trading Company for Helping North Korea Evade Sanctions

The U.S. Department of Justice has indicted a prominent Chinese businesswoman and Communist Party member on charges that she and her trading company helped blacklisted North Korean companies to evade U.S. sanctions and procure raw materials, potentially for use in Pyongyang’s nuclear-weapons program.
The indictment, unsealed on Monday, alleges that Ma Xiaohong and her company, Dandong Hongxiang Industrial Development Co., served as financial fronts for North Korean companies sanctioned by the U.S. for their alleged role in developing Pyongyang’s nuclear and ballistic-missile capabilities.

Curfew Lifted In Charlotte After Several Days Of Peaceful Protests

The city of Charlotte, N.C., has lifted a midnight curfew, as protests over the weekend continued to be mostly peaceful.
Demonstrators have taken to the streets for nearly a week, after police shot and killed Keith Lamont Scott on Tuesday. Police say Scott had a gun; his family says he was unarmed.
The first two nights of unrest resulted in property damage, injuries and a temporary interstate shutdown. One protester was shot Wednesday night and later died; a civilian has been arrested in connection to that shooting.
After those two nights of violence, the governor of North Carolina declared a state of emergency and the city imposed a curfew. But on the first night of the curfew protests were largely calm and orderly, and police allowed demonstrators to remain on the street after midnight.
