Greetings my fellow Politicanauts!

It has been one hell of a month!
The recent flooding in Alberta has devastated thousands of citizens,some have lost everything while Insurance companies gleefully deny claims ( In Canada flood insurance is not available) Insurance companies /Banks post record profits.

Provincial Governments and local authorities as well as new and old companies scramble to empty emergency contingency funds and claim what insurance they can in order to survive the catastrophy. Provincial and Federal Governments warning that it may take years to reclaim land swallowed by flooding rivers while some neighborhoods will simply be bulldozed and a no build order being imposed on the flood planes.

 Last week I was technically on vacation with plans to repaint - a belated spring cleanup if you will...As I watched local media drive by mile after mile of mountains of destroyed memories and furniture piled in front of hundreds of homes...visuals of soggy wedding album pages floating in flood gutters and hungry dogs roaming the filth left behind by the flash floods.Home owners sitting on their porch completely lost and with little hope.The humanity was overwhelming and as soon as the painters were done I was out the door in search of those who needed help..I did not have to go far..4.6 Km to be exact - Bowness district.

I cannot explain the sadness and pain experienced as I drove through the flood ravaged areas on my way to offer assistance to anyone who needed it.

I may be bias but the Citizens of Calgary - Alberta -Canada - North West United States were amazing. Thousands of volunteers spread out across the Province to assist flood victims,while Thousands of citizens -corporate management and employees began preparing Calgary for the annual celebration of Western Society. 

A city under water rises to the challenge. The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth...was a true success. the Greatest outdoor show on Earth ( Calgary Stampede ) greeted over 1.3 Million visitors over the 10 day festival. The Stampede organization donated over $2 Million dollars to local flood relief and some of the greatest Canadian artists are holding several benefit concerts to aid further.

As the local emergency ends and we return to a somewhat normal life I again focus my attention on global issues. Looking around the World, I am not so confident about Global community issues and the future of peace and freedom. A recent comment posted on one of the reports issued crystallized many concerns we hear through many EMails.

" What would be your thinking or predictions on what will happen in six months time with the middle east situations now exploding everywhere and do you think America will ever wise up and take correct actions needed towards its present administration. Curious minds want to know what your predictions might be on the above matters "

REPLY:

There are several questions within the comment which deserve address so lets tackle them individually.

Administration:
The recent admissions of spying by the NSA and actions taken by the IRS against Conservative groups and candidates - the Benghazi mess and of course lets not forget the "fast and furious" action clearly shows that "Big Brother " is certainly much bigger than anyone thought-  The use of Executive order by the Obama administration to circumvent Congress, is a blatant slap in the face for Constitutionalists and has been deemed by many to be impeachable as POTUS continues to shred the American Constitution.

The continued legal challenge of Obama's ineligibility and identification wind their way through the Court system which clearly continues to delay while the Obama gang systematically dismantle the American dream. Main Stream Media maintain their ignorance of news occurances which may not bode well for their leader Obama.

Middle East:
For at least a thousand years, the Mid-East have been at war. If not with outsiders,then to keep things interesting they slaughter each other. Religious sects who all pray to the same deity massacre each other when they cannot find weaker religions or societies to destroy. Like a cancer, Middle East religious hate has historically festered in the free world.

The word blind Hate is an apt explanation on middle East opinion regarding anyone who does not cower to the belief of their religious mantra.The nature of the region forces the unwilling and willing to commit atrocities in the name of their deity or face the same fate as their enemy.

Those who escape to the safety of western influence continue to be effected by the hate of the region. Family members who remain in the Mid East are threatened and used as pawns while Western Powers continue to allow religious hate mongers to preach daily to the confused masses without hindrance under the guise of free speech.

Democracy is a dirty foreign word to  Middle East Nomadic warriors. The rule of law in the Middle East is tribal, and based on corrupt religious interpretation with a national cohesion based on threat and intimidation of corrupt religious fear. Equal rights is non-existent and slavery remains acceptable as well as marital prostitution.

PREDICTION:

I have learned ( many years ago ) that precise predictions of the World events are next to impossible to truly predict with any accuracy. Most certainly if POTUS and the CIA or CSIS cannot figure it out,yours truly most certainly won't.

If the Genie of Democracy is successful in the Middle East ( which is very doubtful )
and not put back in the bottle by the dictatorship of Religion, then the region shall remain in war standing for years,although artificially peaceful . The chances of one of the waring factions using weapons of mass destruction on each other or Western powers, is of great concern and high on the probability scale .

Western powers should not re-enter the middle East conflict directly. We should not put Boots on the Ground. Western society cannot afford another protracted war,Afghanistan and Iraq were the last attempts to secure peace in the region and ended up as a method for fundamental terrorists and enemies of the western world to finance war against the hands that feed them and almost destroy western financial systems. 

Western powers should NOT finance any factions within those countries,the fuel of weapons and supplies must be cut off from ALL parties ( including governments ) and the fire will be snuffed out ( until Russia or China re arm their proxy tentacles ).

In general terms I dare say that before the end of the current reign of Obama he shall be indicted/impeached and the White House gang shall be eviscerated with legal actions flying like confetti. This will of course go unreported by Main Stream Media.

On the domestic level,North America is in dire straights. Actions of the Obama administration and Canadian Political forces are causing havoc on hard working people who are finding it more difficult to fulfill basic life sustenance. The Obama administration have successfully hog tied media resistance and converted the voice of the people news to Obama Government propaganda with enforcement arms of the IRS - NSA - FBI - Justice as well as the Fed. reserve( which is not a government department) .

I realize this may not be the prediction you were seeking from me, but as stated in the opening.....The direction of the world could change in a millisecond with another catastrophe or attack on western values. To make a long range prediction would be a crap shoot at best.

I shall,( we shall ) continue to follow the world events and report them in spite of Main Stream Media and Government attempt to stop us.  I shall ( We shall ) continue to dispute Agent Provocateurs and provide accurate information for discussion on and off the Internet.
