Barack Obama’s Boys Only Birthday Bash – Including Former “Body Man” Reggie Love…

Obama Begins Birthday Weekend with Golf Bash

President Obama and 11 of his friends stormed onto the Andrews Air Force golf course Saturday morning to begin what no doubt will be a full weekend of festivities marking Obama’s 52nd birthday, which is Sunday.
There are three groups of four playing this morning, featuring Obama pals who have flown in from all over the country, including Hawaii: Greg Orme; Marty Nesbit; Hasan Chandoo; Bobby Titcomb; Mike Ramos; Wahid Hamid; Eric Whitaker; Reggie Love; Sam Kass; Laurent Delanney; and Marvin Nicholson.
No girls are invited – this is boys-club-only stuff.

ALERT: Obama Releases Five Top Taliban Detainees From Gitmo As Goodwill Gesture To The Taliban…

Without much publicity or official announcements, the Unites States released five Guantanamo Bay detainees as a nod of willingness to open peace talks in Afghanistan. After officials in Kabul expressed desire for negotiations, the Obama administration released five members of the Taliban who were detained at the US detention center.

A top US official said that the prisoners were released under the condition that they will not engage in any violent activity. While it is clear that they are guilty of crime, the benefit in releasing them—the potential withdrawal of US forces from Afghanistan by the summer of 2014—is greater than the risk. The US announced it will attempt to negotiate peace talks with the Taliban and Afghanistan government officials some months ago.
This gesture from the US government was a departure from the Obama administration’s policy of zero tolerance to negotiations with terrorists and releasing prisoners; thus, in preparation for talks with Afghan officials, the US state department redefined the Taliban as an organization that is no longer included in the US enemy list. Why Obama let Detroit (city) go bankrupt

In June 2009 a team of Jones Day lawyers, including Kevyn Orr, defended Chrysler in federal court against some 100,000 Indiana teacher and police pensioners. They were suing the bankrupt Detroit company claiming its offer of just 29 cents for their secured bonds was illegal. The pensioners’ Chrysler investment was part of their retirement income, yet their lawsuit — filed by Indiana’s treasurer — received little media attention and no sympathy from Washington Democrats or the Obama administration. Bankruptcy Judge Arthur Gonzalez quickly dismissed the suit, saying the public employee pensions were less important than saving Chrysler and the economy from harm.
While public employee unions suffered, however, their auto worker cousins in the Chrysler (and GM bailouts) got preferential treatment, with President Obama’s auto task force giving the UAW significant ownership of the two companies and full funding of their pensions.
Fast forward to 2013 and once again a bankrupt Detroit, this time the municipality, is making headlines as now-Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr is under siege from public employee unions and union-bound politicians demanding Washington intervention. Barack Obama, however, is nowhere to be found. He has, to quote the infamous Mitt Romney column that Obama exploited to win reelection in 2012, “let Detroit go bankrupt.”
Why the aboutface from the White House on Detroit just four years after it saved Motown automakers — and just two years after Obama made saving Detroit a centerpiece of his re-election campaign?
“Because of the UAW union,” says Pat Caddell, veteran Democratic campaign consultant. An important difference, says Caddell and others political experts, is that — unlike the Detroit auto bankruptcies — there is no UAW to save this time.

Obama suggests only Lawyers understand the Constitution.

(CNSNews.com) - President Obama suggested in an interview with the New York Times that was published on Saturday that you need to be a lawyer to understand the U.S. Constitution. The president made the suggestion when talking about members of Congress who have argued he does not have the constitutional authority to unilaterally suspend enforcement of parts of the Obamacare law. The Times asked Obama if he “consulted” with his lawyer when making the decision to suspend the employer mandate, which would require businesses with more than 50 employees to buy them health insurance, and which was supposed to take effect on Jan. 1,  2014. “[I]f you heard me on stage today, what I said was that I will seize any opportunity I can find to work with Congress to strengthen the middle class, improve their prospects, improve their security,” Obama said. “But where Congress is unwilling to act, I will take whatever administrative steps that I can in order to do right by the American people,” he said. “And if Congress thinks that what I’ve done is inappropriate or wrong in some fashion, they’re free to make that case,” Obama added.  “But there’s not an action that I take that you don't have some folks in Congress who say that I'm usurping my authority.  Some of those folks think I usurp my authority by having the gall to win the presidency. And I don't think that's a secret.” “But, ultimately, I’m not concerned about their opinions--very few of them, by the way, are lawyers, much less constitutional lawyers,” the president said.

Bradley Manning guilty verdict criticized by WikiLeaks

U.S. soldier convicted of espionage, but acquitted of aiding the enemy

A military judge on Tuesday acquitted former U.S. intelligence analyst Bradley Manning of the most serious charge against him, aiding the enemy, but convicted him of espionage, theft and computer fraud charges for giving thousands of classified secrets to the anti-secrecy site WikiLeaks. He faces up to 136 years in prison. The judge deliberated for about 16 hours over three days before reaching her decision in a case that drew worldwide attention. Supporters hailed the 25-year-old Manning as a whistleblower. The U.S. government called him an anarchist computer hacker and attention-seeking traitor. The WikiLeaks case is by far the most voluminous release of classified material in U.S. history. Manning's supporters included Pentagon Papers leaker Daniel Ellsberg, who in the early 1970s spilled a secret Defence Department history of U.S. involvement in Vietnam that showed that the government repeatedly misled the public about the war. Manning's sentencing begins Wednesday. He was convicted on 19 of 21 charges. The charge of aiding the enemy had carried a potential life sentence. On its Twitter account, WikiLeaks blasted the verdict and the Obama administration, calling it "dangerous national security extremism."

HELL FREEZES OVER – MSNBC Says Benghazi Cover Up Looks ‘Clintonian’ – Risk of ‘Impeachment’ (VIDEO)

Weather reports are coming in and it appears that hell may have actually frozen over. On Now With Alex Wagner (we've never sen the show) a panel of journalists is discussing the recent development in the Benghazi embassy attack and subsequent cover-up and members of the panel are saying some previously unheard of things on the MSNBC network. As you will see in the video below the discussion goes into one member of the group saying, "Politically, this is not good for the White House" and then it just deteriorates for the Obama administration from there. The next member of the panel says, "Sure, they look terrible." Next up, another panel member when asked if this becomes an election issue says, "Sure it becomes an election issue, It becomes a 2014 issue, it becomes a 2016 issue, it becomes a, should I even say the word..." this is where hell freezes over, "that word that starts with I and has 3 syllables, that I think we all know, it becomes, you know, you know the word I mean, it becomes a potential IMPEACHMENT ISSUE as long as the Republicans are in control of the House." Yes, you just read that from the mouth of someone broadcasting through MSNBC! And then someone says, "I think it looks Clintonian." Well yes, being that Monica Lewinsky's, boyfriend's wife, Hillary Clinton, is involved, I would most certainly say it looks Clintonian.

Post-Zimmerman: CNN Viewership Drops 32%, HLN 50%

Considering their previous lows, both CNN and HLN enjoyed respectable viewer gains in the month of July, but the latest ratings that look at a full week of post-Zimmerman trial viewership shows that both networks might be falling back to earth. TV Newser reports that last week, CNN saw its viewership plummet -32%. HLN fared even worse with a -50% drop-off.

Fox News, however, continues to dominate its cable news competition. In all of cable, Fox beat CNN and MSNBC combined during primetime and ranked 4th in total primetime viewers, behind only the USA Network, TNT, and the History Channel. In total day viewers, Fox News ranked 5th in all of cable. TV Newser reports that "CNN placed 36th in primetime and 31st in total day, while MSNBC placed 32nd in both categories." HLN did not rank in the top 40. -

Media blackout: Thousands of Americans were laid-off this week (July 22-26)

Within hours of President Obama's re-election, companies both large and small across the country began announcing major layoffs, along with store and plant closings.

All of the new taxes associated with Obamacare are forcing business owners to make a decision to either keep their workforce at current levels and surrender a third of their gross profits to the federal government, or reduce the number of full-time employees and stay in business.
Unfortunately, massive layoffs have become a weekly occurrence as companies begin to cope with the harsh realities of a second Obama term.
Despite the false, cheery rhetoric coming from both the Obama administration and their surrogates in the mainstream press, the labor pool is smaller today than it was 30 years ago and continues to shrink.
The following is a list of the companies that have announced the ten largest layoffs between July 22-26:

Obama Dispersing Benghazi Survivors Around US And Changing Their Names

Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) was on with Greta Van Susteren last night to discuss the Obama scandals. This was after Jake Tapper on CNN broke the news today that there were “dozens” of CIA operatives on the ground in Benghazi on 9-11 when the consulate came under attack. Gowdy told Greta the Obama Administration is hiding the survivors, dispersing them around the country, AND changing their names.
And, at the same time, Obama is calling this a ‘phony’ scandal.
