The U.S. Constitution leaves too many areas open to interpretation; a New Constituion of 2,300 pages (+ 200 redacted secret pages) is the solution.
The Obama Administration has proposed replacing the current U.S. Constitution (4,543 words, including the signatures) with a 2,300-page "new Constitution" that in the words of an administration spokesperson, "clears up the gray areas in the current Constitution."
The proposal was launched after the success of two recent 1,000+ page pieces of legislation, the Affordable Care Act and the Dodd-Frank financial reform act.
An additional 200+ pages of the "new Constitution" are redacted due to the sensitive nature of the National Security-related amendments.
Lobbyists from key industries were invited to contribute amendments to the new Constitution;" constitutional legal experts were also invited to submit improvements to the current law of the land.
Some critics who have reviewed the 2,300 pages of the proposed "new Constitution" have stated that the document is impenetrable even to those with law degrees. Average citizens "will be unable to understand the laws that govern their lives."
Other observers note that the complexity and length of legislation such as the Affordable Care Act and the Dodd-Frank financial reform act are already beyond the comprehension of all but a handful of experts.
An administration spokesperson defended the proposed re-write on the grounds that "the new Constitution will provide the clarity that people want in their Constitution."
Obama signs 'end to free speech'
Legal advocate says bill criminalizes 1st Amendment activity
In a terse online statement, the White House has confirmed that Barack Obama has signed into law an update of restrictions around the White House, the vice president’s resident and other locations – a move critics say signals the “end to free speech.”
The White House said yesterday Obama “signed into law: H.R. 347, the ‘Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011,’ which makes it a federal crime to enter or remain knowingly in any restricted area of the White House, the vice president’s official residence, or their respective grounds without lawful authority.”
It was only a matter of time before the clash of ideologies between Constitutional conservatives and statist progressives manifested itself in a call for a ‘benevolent dictator’ to resolve the differences in authoritarian fashion.
The hyper-educated Chris Hayes of MSNBC echoed such calls, which have occurred under the Obama administration before in various guises. Hayes appeals to “astute” analysts of American politics at The Washington Post, Slate, and New York magazine, and spoke with one of them — Jonathan Chait.
Hayes says that there is a “growing consensus” that the nation’s law of the land is “fatally flawed,” and therefore we should look to European style parliamentary government used by other “democracies” [sic] for guidance on how to run the most powerful and prosperous country in world history (before the progressives got into power, it should be said).
Hayes lauds the European parliamentary system because the executive and legislative functions are controlled “by the same groups of people.” He then condemns the Constitution for checks and balances, which allow “different parts of the government to be controlled by different parties.”
In other words, the U.S. has a government that is based on reasoned deliberation and not naked force; regardless of the empty appeals to paternalistic virtue that allowed fascism to rise in Europe; and regardless of the demagogue’s calls for the centralized control of wealth redistribution that is the model for socialist and communist countries.
Police in Russia have arrested at least 400 people after a protest against a murder blamed on a migrant from the North Caucasus turned violent.
The protest in southern Moscow was against the killing of a young ethnic Russian stabbed to death on Thursday.
Protesters stormed a shopping centre, smashing windows, and then overran a vegetable warehouse searching for migrant workers.
There were chants of "Russia for the Russians" and "White Power".
The violence comes against a background of growing tension between ethnic Russians, migrants from the Caucasus region, who are Russian citizens, and non-Russians from the former Soviet republics.
Moscow police chief Anatoliy Yakunin blamed the rioting on "extremists", many of whom he said were drunk.
Ethnic Russian Yegor Sherbakov, 25, was killed on Thursday in front of his girlfriend.
Police have released a security camera photo of the suspect, but have not identified him.

BEIJING, Oct. 13 (Xinhua) -- As U.S. politicians of both political parties are still shuffling back and forth between the White House and the Capitol Hill without striking a viable deal to bring normality to the body politic they brag about, it is perhaps a good time for the befuddled world to start considering building a de-Americanized world.
Emerging from the bloodshed of the Second World War as the world's most powerful nation, the United States has since then been trying to build a global empire by imposing a postwar world order, fueling recovery in Europe, and encouraging regime-change in nations that it deems hardly Washington-friendly.
With its seemingly unrivaled economic and military might, the United States has declared that it has vital national interests to protect in nearly every corner of the globe, and been habituated to meddling in the business of other countries and regions far away from its shores.
Meanwhile, the U.S. government has gone to all lengths to appear before the world as the one that claims the moral high ground, yet covertly doing things that are as audacious as torturing prisoners of war, slaying civilians in drone attacks, and spying on world leaders.
Under what is known as the Pax-Americana, we fail to see a world where the United States is helping to defuse violence and conflicts, reduce poor and displaced population, and bring about real, lasting peace.
Moreover, instead of honoring its duties as a responsible leading power, a self-serving Washington has abused its superpower status and introduced even more chaos into the world by shifting financial risks overseas, instigating regional tensions amid territorial disputes, and fighting unwarranted wars under the cover of outright lies.
Iron Dome is a huge and economical success for Israel's security. But politics makes the definition of success a much more furtive thing
No tour of Middle East conflict zones could be complete without a stop at Sderot, an Israeli town of 24,000 that stands uncomfortably close to the Gaza Strip. The rain of rockets out of the Palestinian enclave has made Sderot famous for two things: the thickness of its roofs (even bus stops have reinforced concrete tops); and the collection of crumpled missiles arrayed in racks behind the police station. As a visiting VIP in 2008, U.S. Senator Barack Obama dutifully inspected what the machine shops of Islamic Jihad and Hamas fashioned from lengths of pipe and scrap metal. Low-tech doesn’t begin to cover it.
It’s a long way up the Mediterranean coast from Sderot to Haifa, and even farther to the showroom of Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd., the weapons-development branch of Israel’s military-industrial complex. Hi-tech doesn’t begin to cover it. Rafael developed the first precision-guided munitions — the precursor to the American-made Joint Direct Attack Munitions that replaced “dumb bombs” — and scores of other battlefield innovations, from IED detectors to floating drones. But the company’s most acclaimed invention is the one now President Obama will inspect moments after arriving in Israel on Wednesday: Iron Dome. It is a missile-interception system that has performed what Israelis regard as a miracle, draining a good bit of the fear out of the wail of an air-raid siren. During the last Gaza conflict, which lasted a week in November, Iron Dome knocked out of the sky a reported 84% of the missiles it aimed at — that is, the ones headed toward population centers. The rockets headed for open space its computers simply let fall. Rafael executives are understandably proud of Iron Dome, which after a few months on the job is performing at the level of a system that’s had seven years to work out the kinks. But they appear even prouder of the unlikely philosophy behind it. To make the most-tested, if not the most effective antimissile system in military history, Israeli engineers took a page from the Gaza militants they aimed to frustrate. The secret to Iron Dome is that it’s cheap.
Iran has significantly expanded its uranium enrichment capacity at one nuclear plant, installing around 1,000 advanced centrifuges that are set to undergo testing, a new U.N. watchdog report says.
The International Atomic Energy Agency's quarterly report also says Iran has started making fuel assemblies for a nuclear reactor that Western powers fear could yield bomb material, according to Reuters.
The confidential report was released Wednesday to the agency's 35 board member nations and the U.N. Security Council. It said Iran had installed about 300 more of its advanced centrifuges since the last report in May, for a total of 1,008, and had put all of them under vacuum.
Such a move is normally one of the last steps before the machines start spinning uranium gas into the material that can be used either as reactor fuel or as the core of nuclear warheads, depending on its enrichment level.
The Supreme Court will hear arguments on Tuesday in McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission, a case that's been dubbed "the next Citizens United." The plaintiff, GOP donor Shaun McCutcheon, and his conservative allies say the case is about getting rid of restrictions on political spending that stifle free speech. Campaign finance watchdogs, meanwhile, fear the case could eviscerate an important piece of what's left of the federal laws governing money in politics. McCutcheon, says Fred Wertheimer, president of Democracy 21, will decide "whether we return to the system of legalized corruption we have had in the past and that has led to some of the worst Washington corruption scandals in the nation's history."
Here's what you need to know about the case.
WASHINGTON — Several Republican senators said Sunday a Democratic request to increase government spending is hurting chances of a deal to end the 13-day-old shutdown.
Leaders of the Democratic-led Senate were dismissive of a proposal Saturday, in part, because it kept in place for too long the automatic spending cuts that went into effect earlier this year. Another round of those decade-long cuts -- dubbed the sequester and approved by Congress and the White House in 2011 -- is expected in January.
The Republican complaints came as Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., spoke briefly Sunday afternoon but failed to reach a deal to end the shutdown or find common ground that would allow Congress to approve raising the federal debt ceiling.
“Our discussions were substantive and we’ll continue those discussions,” Reid said before the Senate adjourned Sunday. “I’m optimistic about the prospects for a positive conclusion to the issues before this country today.”
Obama Eligibility Attorney Larry Klayman Sets Date for Revolution to End Obama’s ‘Reign of Terror’
In the wake of bikers roaring through the streets of DC in protest and just ahead of a planned shut down of DC by truckers, founder of Judicial Watch Larry Klayman has set a date of November 19,2013 on which he is calling for Americans to "descend on Washington, D.C., en masse, and demand that he leave town and resign from office if he does not want to face prison time" for pushing "his Muslim, socialist, anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, anti-white, pro-illegal immigrant, pro-radical gay and lesbian agenda."
Klayman is an attorney who has brought numerous cases against Barack Obama concerning his eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States. However, instead of the judges in these cases allowing them to go forward, they are dismissing them. So far, that has not been the case with the Alabama Supreme Court, in which mulitiple Obama birth certificates have surfaced.
He has also mused about a military coup to oust Barack Obama following the Egyptian uprising that ousted former Muslim Brotherhood Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi earlier this year.
Larry Klayman claims that Obama, "like Morsi before his downfall," is "pushing the American people to the limit" and "playing with fire among the military."
UPDATE: More DC Truckers along with many other vehicles have continued to pour into the nation’s capital today, as day three of Ride for the Constitution commences.
Convoy spokesman, Ernest “General” Lee (photo, left) was busy Saturday coordinating new incoming convoys.
From early Sunday morning, Lee reported that the number vehicles on the roads have been building. Lee stated, “We got flags flying, horns honking, rigs, trucks and other vehicles stretching 10 miles along interstate 495 in Maryland. I cannot see an end to it, everyone has their flashers on.”
“We’re running at 42mph, and these people in the other lane are riding alongside us. We’re sending a message.”
Lee has also led the truckers’ effort to join up with the thousands of US Veterans and their families who are also pouring into Washington DC this morning for demonstrations at both the World War II Memorial and the Iwo Jima Memorial.
“Right now we have a detachment of bobtail trucks carrying veterans going downtown to the WWII Memorial, and another detachment headed to the US Marine Iwo Jima Memorial. We’re surrounded by supporters of the vets.” said Lee.
The Most Despicable President In The Nation’s History Is Barack Hussein
Secretary of Defense Hagel was following orders from the “Spite” House to make a shutdown just as painful as possible to the American public, and to Military families especially. Unlawful furloughs and cutting off military benefits has been the Administration’s plan since day one. Hagel, instead of being a patriot, sided with the progressive extremists and shuttered as much of the military as he could in an act of political calculation. It was Obama’s and Hegel’s decision to halt death benefits for the families of troops killed in action. This is disgraceful and was done for purely political reasons. Anyone who could put politics before the well-being of the troops is unfit for command and needs to be removed in the most humiliating manner known to man.
Families of fallen warriors have been denied standard financial assistance to travel to Dover AFB to claim the remains of their loved ones. What sort of calculating, vindictive, political thug could even imagine such a cold-hearted, politically inspired statement at such a time?! Thanks to the Fisher House Foundation the families will get the help they need during their time of sorrow. God bless the private sector for providing the assistance Barack Hussein has refused the families of the dead.
