Congress Preparing To Impeach Obama

We’ve been hearing quiet mutterings lately about the impeachment of Obama, but it seems as if those voices may be consolidating.  A new resolution has been filed to congress that could be the foundation for the official impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama.
As the resolution written by South Carolina Congressman Tom Rice states, its purpose is to, “bring a civil action for declaratory or injunctive relief to challenge certain policies and actions taken by the executive branch.”

The resolution comes on the heels of Obama’s latest act of defiance against the Constitution.   When Obama snapped his fingers, changing the law of Obamacare, he willingly and knowingly broke several constitutionally based laws.  Our forefathers placed it very clearly in the Constitution that only Congress could legislate.  That being said, when Obama took it upon himself to change Obamacare as he saw fit, red flags went up. Certain politicians were quick to point out that this isn’t the only time he has acted this way, and it was well within their legal bounds to legally stop him from doing it again.

Obama paid $5 million to seal his records

A few days before the 2012 presidential elections, businessman Donald Trump implored Barack Obama to release his college transcripts and passport records.
On Saturday, Dr. Orly Taitz - who has filed several birther lawsuits against Obama - posted on her website that the president has paid more than $5 million in legal fees to national law firm Perkins Coie to keep his personal, and possibly professional, records hidden from the public. The $5 million figure, which was previously thought to be less than $3 million, does not include fees paid to other parties and law firms acting on behalf of Obama.
In addition, Obama appointed a partner at Perkins Coie, Robert Bauer, as White House Counsel ten months after taking office in 2009. Bauer also served as general counsel for the Democratic National Committee and "Obama for America" presidential campaign.
For opponents, the president's secrecy provides political ammunition given that, in 2008, then-candidate Obama accused his colleagues at the U.S. senate, Hillary Clinton and John McCain, of a lack of transparency for not releasing more IRS tax returns.
"Senator [Hillary] Clinton can't claim to be vetted until she allows the public the opportunity to see her finances," Obama campaign spokesperson Robert Gibbs said during the election season.
In 2008, Democratic National Committee spokesman Damien LaVera used the issue of disclosure in attacking Republican nominee John McCain. "John McCain's idea of being a different kind of Republican means disrespecting the voters by denying them the right to examine the links between his political career and . . . business ventures."

Report: Hillary Clinton tied to Terrorism

Another complaint has reportedly been filed with Egypt’s Attorney General, Hisham Barakat. According to multiple Arabic sources (Al Wafd and Vetogate among them), this one is said to allege that the wife of ousted President Mohammed Mursi not only admitted in an interview with Turkey’s Anatolia news agency that she sought to excite domestic insurrections to overthrow Abdel Fatah Al-Sisi but that she collaborated with Hillary Clinton.

A key revelation in these reports is Mahmoud’s claim that the Clintons befriended her family in the 1980′s while living in the U.S. As one of 63 leaders in the Muslim Sisterhood, Mahmoud is a colleague of Saleha Abedin, another one of those 63 leaders. Saleha is the mother of Huma Abedin, who is a close adviser to Hillary Clinton and wife of former Democratic Congressman, Anthony Weiner.
Huma first landed a job with Hillary in 1996 after attending George Washington University and having served on the Board of her University’s Muslim Students Association (MSA), a Muslim Brotherhood group. Were the seeds sown for the relationship between Hillary and Huma years prior via Mursi and Mahmoud?

Secret Report Reveals John Kerry’s Plan Fraud: ‘Military security fraud on Israel and the Jews’

A secret US Joint Chiefs of Staff (USJCoS) Memorandum from 1967 has been uncovered by Arutz Sheva analyst Mark Langfan. Langfan says the report proves that US Secretary of State John Kerry’s current proposed security arrangements are a “military security fraud on Israel and the Jews.”

Kerry is currently in Israel, pushing his proposals for theJordan Valley which Palestinian Authority (PA) Chief Mahmoud Abbas again rejected on Friday morning. Langfan has revealed in the past that the arrangements are based on the 1967 “Allon Plan,” and are a “death-trap” for Israel.
The newly revealed secret document, dated June 29, 1967 and referenced as “JSCM-373-67,” take Israel’s “defensible” borders as its subject. It was signed by then-Chairman of the USJCoS, US Gen. Earle G. Wheeler.
The memorandum shows the necessity of Israeli control over the high ground of western Samaria.
“From a strictly military point of view…the views of the Joint Chiefs of Staff…(see as necessary Israeli) control of the prominent high ground running north-south” through Judea and Samaria, reads the report. Langfan notes that this region, deemed crucial for defensible Israeli borders, is the very area that is slated to be given to the PA under Kerry’s plan.

Furthermore, the memorandum’s appendix elaborates that Israel at minimum needs a defense line along “Bardala-Tubas-Nablus-Bira-Jerusalem,” which “would give a portion of the (Judean and Samarian) foothills to Israel and avoid interdiction by artillery in the Israeli villages in the lowlands.”Langfan remarked “in 1967, before shoulder-fired anti-air missiles, before laser-designators, before radar and radio-jammers, before Katyushas from Lebanon and Gaza, before rampant Muslim-on-Muslim use of Sarin-tipped-chemical-Katyushas in Syria, the greatest collection of militaryprofessionals in the world concluded Israel’s retention of Western Samaria was a military necessity for Israel.”
However, Langfan points out that a more insidious problem than Kerry’s “fraudulent” security plan exists.

Obama ‘birther’ theories float as Hawaii health director killed in crash

The tragic plane crash death of Hawaii’s health director this week has brought out the conspiracy theorists who have long wondered about the real birth place of President Obama — including billionaire businessman Donald Trump.
The Los Angeles Times reported that Health Director Loretta Fuddy’s sudden death has sparked Twitter posts like: “The WH tying up loose ends?” Or, “What did she really know?” Or, “R.I.P Loretta Fuddy — we’ll know the truth about Barack Hussein Obama, regardless.”
Fuddy was at the heart of a long-running, conspiracy-laced debate about Mr. Obama’s birth, and whether he was born in Kenya — making him ineligible to be president — or Hawaii. The question was actually first raised by Hillary Clinton’s campaign, when she was first seeking the Democratic Party nod for the White House years ago. It was then seized upon by various groups — and by real estate mogul Donald Trump, who sparked a weeks-long speculation when he promised to discover the truth at his own investigative expense, during a period when he was mulling a run for the White House.
Mr. Obama did eventually produce his birth certificate from Hawaii — but then many alleged it was a forgery. It was Ms. Fuddy who actually verified the birth certificate as authentic, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Fuddy was also the only one of eight others on a plane crash this week that died — and some, including Mr. Trump, find that a little too coincidental to dismiss.

Family of Robert Levinson, American Held In Iran, Says He Was Spying for the CIA

After years of secrecy, the family of the former FBI agent who disappeared in Iran seven years ago, Robert Levinson, acknowledged today he was working as a "spy" for a rogue CIA operation and accused the CIA, FBI and the Obama administration of "betraying" him by not doing enough to gain his release.

"The CIA sent Bob Levinson to Iran to do an investigation on its behalf," said David McGee, a family lawyer and spokesperson deeply involved in efforts to get Levinson released.

McGee told ABC News the CIA and the FBI betrayed Levinson as it tried to hide the fact that he had a long-term relationship with the CIA, spying on Iran's nuclear program and on the terror group Hezbollah in the rogue operation. Levinson disappeared from Iran's Kish Island in 2007.

"And rather than acknowledge what they had done and try and save Bob's life, they denied him," said McGee.

Today White House Press Secretary Jay Carney declined to discuss Levinson's connection with the CIA, beyond saying that when he went missing, Levinson "was not a U.S. government employee."

"I cannot comment further on what he may or may not have been doing in Iran," Carney said.

To the anger of the family, and over the objections of the FBI and the White House, The Associated Press and The Washington Post reported Thursday on Levinson's ties to the CIA as a private contractor.

"[The AP] gave the family only a two-hour notice and said top editors had made the decision to go with the story," said McGee. 

Democrat Gubernatorial Candidate Mark McFarlin Demands Congress Investigate Obama ID Fraud

Democrat candidate for Michigan governor Mark McFarlin has recently called for Congress to investigate Barack Obama’s fraudulent documents. In a recent radio interview, he went on to say that Obama’s original birth records should be released, and an international team of experts should have access to determine their authenticity.

McFarlin believes that Obama has waived his right to privacy in the matter when he assumed the office of President. He also believes that Bill and Hillary Clinton were the first “birthers,” as he references them as those who first looked in the background of Barack Obama back in 2007. McFarlin made reference to a friend of the Clinton’s who was murdered as they were making a big deal of this back in 2008. This was also referenced in the interview that Jerome Corsi did with Bettina Viviano, who had an insider’s view of Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign

Obama Buys Russian Helicopters for Muslim Military With American Money 

They used to say that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. But we didn’t know the true meaning of insanity until recently. Now the definition is tolerating a president who would preside over shenanigans like this: 
To outfit Afghanistan’s security forces with new helicopters, the Pentagon bypassed U.S. companies and turned instead to Moscow for dozens of Russian Mi-17 rotorcraft at a cost of more than $1 billion.
Senior Pentagon officials assured skeptical members of Congress that the Defense Department had made the right call. They repeatedly cited a top-secret 2010 study they said named the Mi-17 as the superior choice.
Turns out the study told a very different story, according to unclassified excerpts obtained by The Associated Press.
An American-made helicopter, the U.S. Army’s workhorse Chinook built by Boeing in Pennsylvania, was found to be “the most cost-effective single platform type fleet for the Afghan Air Force over a twenty year” period, according to the excerpts.
However, Boeing is on the outs with the hard left for standing up to unions. Obama has even used his Marxist National Labor Relations Board to prevent the company from opening new facilities.
The 63 Mi-17s are being acquired through a contract that was awarded without competition to Russia’s notoriously corrupt arms export agency Rosoboronexport.
[A]n internal Defense Contract Audit Agency document shows that the department could not conduct a comprehensive cost comparison because Rosoboronexport wouldn’t allow U.S. auditors to look at its books.

‘Radicalized Islamist’ arrested in thwarted suicide attack on Wichita airport

NBC.com is reporting on Dec.13, 2013 that a man identified as “an older white man who became radicalized after reading extremist Islamic material on the web” was picked up in an apparent sting operation that has thwarted a major terrorist attack in the heartland of America.
Going a step further, The Wichita Eagle had positively identified also on Dec. 13, 2013, the alleged perpetrator as 58-year-old Terry Lee Loewen of Wichita as the man local, state and Federal law enforcement agencies have in custody.
Targeting the Wichita, Kansas airport, the arrested would-be killer conspired to light off a car bomb at Wichita’s Mid-Continent Airport for maximum casualties as well as maximum media exposure.
U.S. Attorney for Kansas Barry Grissom said the man had been under surveillance since earlier this year and had been given inert (inoperable) explosives by law enforcement authorities during the course of the investigation.

Grissom also stated Loewen faces the following federal charges:

• The use of a weapon of mass destruction.
• Attempting to damage by means of an explosive.
• Providing material support and resources to foreign terrorists, a Yeman-based group known as AQAP (Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.)

If convicted,  Loewen faces life in prison.

BOMBSHELL REPORT…Delta Force was in Tripoli at the Time of Benghazi Attack

This is unbelievable.  We didn’t have assets close enough to save Benghazi?  Since when is Delta Force and Green Berets considered nonassets?  I can’t wait to hear what crap democrats will put out to defend the traitor in chief this time.

The Washington Times reports that contrary to what Barack Obama and Leon Panetta have said, there were 8 special forces commandos in Tripoli the night of the attack, just 400 miles away.  They were made up of Delta Force, the country’s leading counterterrorism force and Green Berets.  Two of the Delta Forces volunteered to go to Benghazi, along with 5 private contractors.  Both have been quietly awarded medals for their bravery for turning back the attackers.

Delta Force is trained as a quick response force and assuming they could be ready in an hour, they could have been in Benghazi within three hours. This bolsters testimony given by Gregory Hicks that Lt Steve Gibson was prepared to relieve Benghazi, but was told to stand down. Pentagon spokesman, Major Rob Firman, stated:

“They weren’t told to stand down. They were simply told not to go to Benghazi. They were told to go to the airport in Tripoli to provide security there.”

The administration was able to hide the involvement of Delta Force using vague wording. The timeline mentioned that the relief flight from Tripoli contained " two Department of Defense " employees. The official State Department report on Benghazi mentioned "2 Department of Defense workers", but conveniently left out the fact that they were special forces. 

Benghazi, Libya, has become training hub for Islamist fighters 

Every week, about a dozen Syrians arrive at Benghazi’s airport for what’s described as insurgent training. When they fly out, they’re carrying fake Libyan passports, according to three officials familiar with the comings and goings of foreigners at the airport.

The accounts of the officials, who asked to remain anonymous because of the sensitivity of the topic, are more evidence that this city in Libya has become a regional hub for Islamist extremists seeking to hone their combat skills.

Fighters from Tunisia and Algeria also are thought to be training here, driving across Libya’s borders to reach Benghazi, the birthplace of the uprising that, with NATO’s help, toppled Moammar Gadhafi two years ago. But the Syrians’ routine arrival and departure by air indicates that the training process is better organized and financed than had been realized.

It also raises questions about the role of Libya’s homegrown militia, Ansar al Shariah, in the global jihadi movement. Ansar al Shariah has its roots in the anti-Gadhafi uprising and it’s thought to have participated in the attack last year on U.S. facilities in Benghazi that killed the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans. Any effort to train al Qaida-linked fighters here is unlikely to have gone forward without the backing of Ansar al Shariah, experts in the organization say.

Obama to cut medical benefits for active, retired military, not union workers

In an effort to cut defense spending, the Obama Administration plans to cut health benefits for active duty and retired military personnel and their families while not touching the benefits enjoyed by unionized civilian defense workers.
The move, congressional aides suggested, is to force those individuals into Obamacare, Bill Gertz reported at the Washington Beacon.
Gertz added:

The proposed increases in health care payments by service members, which must be approved by Congress, are part of the Pentagon’s $487 billion cut in spending. It seeks to save $1.8 billion from the Tricare medical system in the fiscal 2013 budget, and $12.9 billion by 2017.

Not everybody is happy with the plan, however.
Military personnel would see their annual Tricare premiums increase anywhere from 30 - 78 percent in the first year, followed by sharply increased premiums "ranging from 94 percent to 345 percent—more than 3 times current levels."

Obama to bypass law, slash military pay raises by nearly half

On Sunday, Newsmax reported that President Obama informed Congress that he will cap military pay raises at one percent in 2014, despite a federal law requiring those raises to keep pace with the Employment Cost Index compiled by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Instead of the 1.8 percent pay raise that law calls for -- an amount passed by the GOP-led House -- Obama will approve only one percent.
But, Newsmax said, the law also says the president can inform Congress of an alternative pay adjustment "if because of national emergency or serious economic conditions affecting the general welfare, the president considers the pay adjustment which would otherwise be required by this section in any year to be inappropriate."
News of the move comes as Obama is attempting to build support for a military strike against Syria over an alleged chemical strike.
"I am strongly committed to supporting our uniformed service members, who have made such great contributions to our nation over the past decade of war. As our country continues to recover from serious economic conditions affecting the general welfare, however, we must maintain efforts to keep our nation on a sustainable fiscal course," he told congressional leaders.
He also claimed his decision "will not materially affect the federal government's ability to attract and retain well-qualified members" of the military.
Congress can override Obama's order, the Navy Times said, but that requires finding $580 million in 2014 and $3.5 billion over five years to make up the difference between the 1.8 percent they approved, and the paltry one percent approved by Obama.
Obama has also demanded the military pay more for health coverage, threatening to veto defense authorization bills unless service members are required to dig deeper into their own pockets for healthcare.
