Underground Nuclear Explosion At Crippled Japan Atomic Plant Shocks The World

An ominous edict issued from the Office of the President of Russia today to all Ministries of the Russian Government ordering that all “past, present and future” information relating to Japan’s Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster now be rated at the highest classification level “Of Special Importance” states that this condition is “immediately and urgently needed” due to a series of underground nuclear explosions occurring at this crippled atomic plant on 31 December as confirmed by the Ministry of Defense (MoD).
“Of Special Importance” is Russia’s highest classification level and refers to information which, if released, would cause damage to the entire Russian Federation.
The Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster was a catastrophic failure at the Fukushima I Nuclear Power Plant on 11 March 2011. The failure occurred when the plant was hit by a tsunami triggered by the 9.0 magnitude Tōhoku earthquake.

The plant began releasing substantial amounts of radioactive materials beginning on 12 March 2011 becoming the largest nuclear incident since the 1986 Chernobyl disaster and the second (with Chernobyl) to measure at the highest Level 7 on the International Nuclear Event Scale (INES).
According to this report, MoD “assests” associated with the Red Banner Pacific Fleet detected two “low-level” underground atomic explosions occurring in the Fukushima disaster zone on 31 December, the first measuring 5.1 magnitude in intensity, followed by a smaller 3.6 magnitude explosion moments later.
The MoD further reports that the 5.1 magnitude event corresponds to the energy equivalent in megatons of TNT of 0.0005, while the 3.6 magnitude event equals 0.0000005.
As a comparison, the MoD states that the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima in 1945 by the United States released the equivalent of 16 Kilotons = 0.016 megatons of TNT, about the energy equivalent of a magnitude 6 earthquake, and the largest hydrogen bomb ever detonated was the Tsar bomb, a device exploded by the Soviet Union on 30 October 1961, with an energy equivalent of about 50 megatons of TNT.

Now that Obama's amateurish foreign policy efforts have managed to repel most any friend we had left in the Middle East, the one friend America has had, since at least 1948, is in his cross hairs.  Israel.

Obama is in deep trouble at home.  Indications are that he has led his Democratic Party into a political abattoir as they are looking at a political massacre in November at the polls.   Around the world he is seen, more and more, as an amateur, a light weight, a — dare I say it– a flake (as in “an oddball”).  He is considered wonderfully gifted as an orator — and not much else. As a campaigner he's great.  As a governor, not so much.
It's called “misdirection.”  It's what magicians do with their left hand while their right hand is actually performing the mechanics of the the illusion, or trick.  Politicians use misdirection all the time.
Presidents have been known to misdirect the voters gaze to a fabricated crisis, preferably thousands of miles away, when they find themselves in hot water here at home.   Their hope is that the press will latch onto the seeming  “big story/crisis” and allow them some time — and some wiggle room — to extricate themselves from the aforementioned hot water.
In my opinion, we are about to see misdirection played out right before our eyes once again by the Obama administration. Misdirection is time honored.  It was referred to as “bread and circuses” by the ancient Romans.

Biden mocks gun skeptics: ‘We’re going to swoop down with Special Forces folks and gather up every gun in America’

During a gun control speech Tuesday at the White House, Vice President Biden mocked the “black helicopter crowd” for opposing the idea of universal background checks for Americans purchasing guns.
“Kinda scary man, the black helicopter crowd is really upset,” Biden said, criticizing the National Rifle Association for promoting a “misinformation campaign” on background checks.
Biden insisted that there would be no central registry for background checks allowing government to keep records on gun owners.
“No way that Uncle Sam can go find out whether you own a gun because we’re about to really take away all your rights and you’re not going to be able to defend yourself and we’re going to swoop down with Special Forces folks and gather up every gun in America,” Biden added mockingly. “It’s bizarre. But that’s what’s being sold out there.”

Glenn Greenwald says later this month he will reveal more information from the cache of documents Edward Snowden stole from the National Security Agency.
The liberal blogger, who first detailed Snowden’s most explosive revelations in the Guardian newspaper last year, spoke to Fox News’s Eric Bolling on “Hannity” Friday night.
Bolling: You have a lot of additional information. Will you be releasing more? And if so, when?

Greenwald: Oh, definitely.  You know, Edward Snowden said his job is done — meaning him as a whistleblower, he got the information to journalists — now our job as journalists is to inform the American people about what their government is doing to them. And there’s a lot more stories coming in the early part of January — the first two or three months — that I think will be very, very interesting to Americans about what their government is doing to their privacy in the dark.

Report says al Qaeda terrorists living in America, getting taxpayer-funded benefits

Call it the kind of “fundamental transformation” that could only happen in Obama’s America.

A report published Wednesday at ABC News says that al Qaeda terrorists are living in America.  Not only that, but two of them lived in public housing across from a bus stop in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and even collected taxpayer-funded assistance. Examiner reported:

Waad Ramadan Alwan and Mohanad Shareef Hammadi were allowed to resettle in Bowling Green, very close to the Army’s Fort Knox and Fort Campbell, despite having been detained by Iraqi authorities.

The FBI had secretly recorded Alwan bragging about building a dozen or more bombs in Iraq and, according to ABC, he claimed to have used a sniper rifle to kill U.S. soldiers in the Bayji area north of Baghdad.

“He said that he had them ‘for lunch and dinner,’” FBI Louisville Supervisory Special Agent Tim Beam said, “meaning that he had killed them.”

“The two men were also linked to an IED attack in Iraq in 2005 that killed four U.S. troops,” ABC added.

It gets better… According to ABC, “several dozen” suspected terrorists — including some who have targeted U.S. troops, could be living the country. Now, doesn’t that make you feel so much better? Here’s video of the ABC report:




   

TARP Was Bad, but the Looming Obamacare Bailout for Corrupt Insurance Companies Could Be Worse

I hate to dredge up bad memories so early in a new year, but we need to remind ourselves of the awful TARP bailout of 2008. 

Our financial system had gone out of whack because of bad monetary policy from the Federal Reserve and unsustainable housing subsidies from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Some financial institutions gambled on thegovernment’s misguided policies and got caught with their pants down when the bubble burst.

But rather than let those companies fail and use the sensible and non-corrupt “FDIC resolution” method to recapitalize the banking system, we got a taxpayer-to-Wall-Street bailout.

Or, from the perspective of the big banks, they got a very good return on their campaign contributions (read Kevin Williamson if you want to get upset about this disgusting form of cronyism).

Well, as Yogi Berra might say, it’s deja vu all over again.

Except now the fat cats lining up at the Treasury door are the big health insurance corporate titans. They got in bed with the White House to push Obamacare and now they’re worried about losing money now that it’s becoming more apparent that the American version of government-run healthcare doesn’t work any better than the British version.

Blast killing Palestinian envoy 'not an accident'

In contradiction to Czech police claims, daughter of Palestinian ambassador killed in explosion Wednesday speaks out, says father's death 'was not an accident

A blast that killed the Palestinian ambassador to the Czech Republic this week "was not an accident," despite an official theory to the contrary, the envoy's daughter said Saturday.

"What is certain is that it was not an accident," Rana al-Jamal, who lives in the Palestinian city of Ramallah, told the Czech newspaper Dnes in an interview.

Her father, Jamal al-Jamal, the 56-year-old ambassador to Prague since October, was fatally wounded on New Year's day by an explosion in the Palestinian diplomatic mission's premises.

Czech police have excluded an assassination, instead advancing the theory that the blast was caused by an anti-theft device inside a safe Jamal was manipulating. They also said unregistered weapons were found inside the mission in violation of diplomatic treaties.
Palestinian officials have given contradictory accounts.
