OH, PLEASE: Hillary Turns to Jesus to Sell Her Socialism

Speaking before a convention of Methodist woman, Hillary Clinton explained that her definition of Christianity essentially means caring for others.
Clinton appeared before the United Methodist Women’s Assembly on Saturday, April 26, and told those gathered what her religious faith means to her.
She claimed that growing up she struggled to reconcile her Navy

veteran father’s stern view of self-reliance with her mother’s more compassionate views. She felt that the story of how Jesus fed 5,000 worshippers with only five loaves of bread and two fish was her guiding Biblical theme.
“The disciples come to Jesus and suggest they send away the people to find food to fend for themselves. But Jesus said, ‘No. You feed them.’ He was teaching a lesson about the responsibility we all share,” Clinton told the crowd.

1000 Days Left and Counting: Here’s a Quick Snapshot of What Obama’s Done So Far

Seems like a good time to break out FactCheck’s last Obama audit. This is a summary of what damage how Obama’s done up to April 2014:

What jumps out is the unemployment rate, food stamps, and debt. But Fact Check fails to account for:

The labor participation rate of 63.2% being a low last seen in the 1970s;

Median household income being down 4.5%;

Nearly 50 million living below the poverty line;

Income inequality being at its worst level since 1947.

Of course, it is Fact Check, and it’s a handy little chart those numbers aside.

Libya Problems Deepen: Is Hillary 2016 Doomed?

The rabbit hole known as Libya gets deeper and deeper, and the evidence is more and more damning against President Obama, Mrs. Clinton and congressional leadership that will not support a House Select Committee to investigate Benghazi. The American people must be told what the strategic objectives were in Libya. Even liberal blogs like the Daily Beast are beginning to wonder.
In fact, said Beast has reported that a secret training facility

(and all the armament inside) operated by the American government has fallen into the hands of Libyan jihadists. The training facility was set up by U.S. special operations forces on the Libyan coastline to help hunt down Islamic militants. In the summer of 2012, American Green Berets began refurbishing the base, 27 kilometers west of Tripoli, in order to hone the skills of Libya’s first Western-trained special operations counter-terrorism fighters. Less than two years later, that training camp is now being used by groups with direct links to al-Qaida to foment chaos in post-Qaddafi Libya.

The US Destroys 18 Nuclear Missile Launch Facilities while Russia Tests Multi-Warhead ICBM

Russian nuclear inspectors visited the U.S. amid heightened tensions between the two nations to verify that 18 nuclear missile launch facilities had been demolished as part of a 2011 arms control treaty, Air Force officials said Monday.

The April 9 inspection — the first of its kind at Montana's Malmstrom Air Force Base, according to treaty compliance chief Richard Bialczak — went ahead despite the strain between the two nuclear powers over Russia's intervention in Ukraine.

Russia is allowed eight inspections of U.S. facilities each year under New START, or Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, which is designed to reduce the number of deployed nuclear missiles by 2018.

The U.S. Electric Grid is Not Ready for an EMP Caused Blackout
 

The catastrophic effects of an electromagnetic pulse-caused blackout could be preventable, but experts warn the civilian world is still not ready.
Peter Vincent Pry, executive director of the Task Force on National and Homeland Security and director of the U.S. Nuclear Strategy Forum, both congressional advisory boards, said the technology to avoid disaster from electromagnetic pulses exists, and upgrading the nation’s electrical grid is financially viable.

“The problem is not the technology,” Pry said. “We know how to protect against it. It’s not the money, it doesn’t cost that much. The problem is the politics. It always seems to be the politics that gets in the way.”
He said the more officials plan, the lower the estimated cost gets.
“If you do a smart plan — the Congressional EMP Commission estimated that you could protect the whole country for about $2 billion,” Pry told Watchdog.org. “That’s what we give away in foreign aid to Pakistan every year.”


Just In: Obama Accused By Congressman Of Illegal Action At Bundy Ranch

After the federal Bureau of Land Management agents backed down from their intimidating stance at the Bundy Ranch last weekend, ample evidence has surfaced indicating the standoff between the government and the Nevada ranching family is far from over. Throughout the

weeklong stalemate, members of the Bundy family were physically assaulted by armed officers, numerous cows were shot dead, and protesters faced threats of gunfire for merely expressing their outrage.

Immediately after what many considered a victory against a tyrannical federal agency, a number of leftist voices – most notably, Sen. Harry Reid – indicated the action against this family will continue.

In response, Texas Republican Rep. Steve Stockman sent a letter to Barack Obama, Department of the Interior Sec. Sally Jewell, and BLM Director Neil Kornze, laying out his position that any such action by the agency would violate the U.S. Constitution.

“Because of this standoff,” he wrote, “I have looked into BLM’s authority to conduct such paramilitary raids against American citizens, and it appears that BLM is acting in a lawless manner in Nevada.”

He cited the limited powers granted to the federal government, noting the bureau has no “right to assume preemptory police powers, that role being reserved to the States,” and explained “many federal laws require the federal government to seek assistance from local law enforcement whenever the use of force may become necessary.”

Holder Told to Curb Appearance or Risk Arrest

It’s not often that a high-powered political figure receives an “in your face” message that carries such impact that the figure must pay attention. Eric Holder, Attorney General of the United States, however, has been forced to reconsider his orating during a law enforcement class graduation ceremony, however.
Holder was scheduled to speak during the ceremony for Oklahoma City police cadets. Protesters, however, stood tall, spoke loudly and carried large signs: You don’t deserve the position; you shouldn’t be here, and if you show up, you could be arrested for crimes you perpetratated during your tenure.
Law enforcement officers, politicians and other advocates organized a protest rally and escalated disparagement over Holder’s ignoring the United States Constitution, which he swore to uphold uniformly, and his gross mishandling of at least two major scandals during his term in office.
Two of the higher profile issues involve the Fast and Furious program that had the U.S. sponsoring gun sales to Mexican drug cartels and the IRS targeting of politically conservative groups.
Neither of these debacles have been as thoroughly investigated as the Congress and the American people wish them to be.

What If Ann Dunham is Not Barack Obama’s Real Mother?

Most of us have heard the conspiracy theories about Barack Obama, Sr. not being our president’s real father. We have heard names like Frank Marshall Davis, Malcolm X and Mohammed Subud.

It is difficult to ascertain which reports might be credible and which are fabrication. But one thing we do know for certain is that Barack Obama, to this day has not been able to produce a birth certificate. That statement will immediately draw the ire of some but it is true. I didn’t say that he has not provided a real birth certificate. He has not produced a birth certificate–period. A “certificate of live birth” is not the same as a birth certificate. An official birth certificate would include foot prints, among other things.
A former Hawaii state official, Tim Adams, is on record in a sworn affidavit stating that no “long form” birth certificate exists.

Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division further told me on multiple occasions that Hawaii State government officials had made inquires about Sen. Obama’s birth records to officials at Queens Medical Center and Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu and that neither hospital had any record of Senator Obama having been bom there, even though Governor Abercrombie is now asserting and various Hawaii government officials continue to assert Barack Obama, Jr. was born at Kapi’olani Medical Center on Aug. 4, 1961.

This alleged cover up was again in the limelight a short time ago when a small passenger plane crash took the life of Loretta Fuddy. Since that time we have found that Fuddy was also involved in the Subud Cult that Ann Dunham was involved with. When you combine that with the fact that it was Fuddy who finally delivered the “Certificate of Live Birth” to The White House, the theories are readily abundant.
In the end, many of us don’t know what to think but we are fairly certain that we have not been told the truth.

Ethics Complaint Filed Against Harry Reid… Fire Him

Harry Reid, the senior Senator from Nevada, is what many would call “ethically challenged”.
He has a long and scandalous history containing numerous allegations of shady land deals, corruption, bribery, intimidation and nepotism.  He is currently being looked at by the FEC for giving nearly $31k in campaign funds to his granddaughter, in violation of campaign finance laws.
Harry Reid is a bully that uses his position of power and the immunity of the Senate floor to cast baseless accusations and libelous innuendos at his perceived enemies.

But Harry Reid may have gone too far in his latest attempt at using his position to bully and intimidate others.  According to NOLA.com, the Louisiana Republican Party has filed an ethics complaint against Harry Reid, accusing him of using his official Senate resources to launch partisan attacks, which is against Senate ethics rules.

The complaint says that the Nevada Democrat used his official Senate website and Twitter account to attack the Koch brothers, the billionaire industrialists who are helping to finance high-priced — and Reid says inaccurate — negative TV ads against Senate Democratic candidates, including Mary Landrieu of Louisiana.
“Americans are fed up with the type of hyper-partisan campaigning, and it is appalling that Harry Reid would use taxpayer resources to breach Senate ethics rules and pursue this kind of activity in his official capacity as Senate Majority Leader,” Louisiana GOP Executive Director Jason Dore said.

A spokesman for Senator Reid, Adam Jentleson, brushed off the ethics complaint, changing the subject to Reid’s current favorite target, the Koch brothers.

“Republicans rushing to defend the billionaire Koch brothers is just further evidence that when the Koch brothers say, ‘Jump,’ Republicans ask, ‘How high?’” Jentleson said.

This is really just par for the course for Senator Reid.  He

believes, since he sits in his ivory tower untouched, that he will remain in a position of power forever, and can do whatever he pleases with no consequences or repercussions.
Of course, so long as Reid is protected by the liberal media, his fellow Democrats, and the progressive establishment of the GOP leadership, nothing will happen to him.  It is time for Nevadans to step up and do right by the country.  Fire Harry Reid, take away his majority leadership position, remove him from office, then see that he is tried and convicted for his laundry list of crimes he has committed over the years.
