Holder Begs Court To Prevent Public From Seeing Obama’s “Executive Privilege” Records Relating to “Fast And Furious”...

Attorney General Eric Holder and his Department of Justice have asked a federal court to indefinitely delay a lawsuit brought by watchdog group Judicial Watch. The lawsuit seeks the enforcement of open records requests relating to Operation Fast and Furious, as required by law.
Judicial Watch had filed, on June 22, 2012, a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking all documents relating to Operation Fast and Furious and “specifically [a]ll records subject to the claim of executive privilege invoked by President Barack Obama on or about June 20, 2012.”
The administration has refused to comply with Judicial Watch’s FOIA request, and in mid-September the group filed a lawsuit challenging Holder’s denial. That lawsuit remains ongoing but within the past week President Barack Obama’s administration filed what’s called a “motion to stay” the suit. Such a motion is something that if granted would delay the lawsuit indefinitely.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said that Holder’s and Obama’s desire to continually hide these Fast and Furious documents is “ironic” now that they’re so gung-ho on gun control. “It is beyond ironic that the Obama administration has initiated an anti-gun violence push as it seeking to keep secret key documents about its very own Fast and Furious gun walking scandal,” Fitton said in a statement. “Getting beyond the Obama administration’s smokescreen, this lawsuit is about a very simple principle: the public’s right to know the full truth about an egregious political scandal that led to the death of at least one American and countless others in Mexico. The American people are sick and tired of the Obama administration trying to rewrite FOIA law to protect this president and his appointees. Americans want answers about Fast and Furious killings and lies.”

Obama Hires Muslim Terrorists To Preach To US Military

Under the command of President Obama, the U.S. military is now rehiring Muslim clergymen for active-duty service personnel.
The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), which is a division of the Muslim Brotherhood, was contracted to provide the U.S. military Islamic imams for Muslim service members.
The FBI views ISNA’s “work in America as a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within.”
In 2007, ISNA was labelled an entity of the Muslim Brotherhood and found to have engaged in terrorism.
Two of ISNA’s members, Sgt. Mustapha Rahouchen and Captain Rafael Lantiqua, were chosen to be the imams for the U.S. Army and Air Force.
While the Obama administration is undoubtedly receiving harsh criticism for hiring a terrorist group, ISNA claims it’s done nothing wrong.

“The Islamic Society of North America is one of many religious organizations recognized by the Department of Defense that satisfy the ecclesiastical requirements to endorse qualified religious ministry professionals to serve as chaplains within the Military Departments,” the group said in a statement.

Homegrown terrorist: Toronto 18 bomb plotter Saad Khalid recalls his radicalization

'Typical' middle-class immigrant upbringing, Khalid says he now knows he was wrong

Saad Khalid had what he calls a typical middle-class immigrant upbringing in the suburbs west of Toronto.
The teen who came to Canada with his family from Pakistan in the mid-1990s played on the high school cricket team and took part in the school's multicultural society before heading off to university.
Somewhere along the way, though, things changed for Khalid, who now sits in an eastern Ontario maximum-security prison, serving a 20-year sentence for his part in the so-called Toronto 18 plot to bomb high-profile targets in the city's downtown.
Khalid is one of a small number of Canadians who have been accused or identified as having ties with extremist activities at home and overseas.

Heartbleed bug accused charged by RCMP after SIN breach

RCMP have charged a 19-year-old London, Ont., man following the theft of 900 social insurance numbers reported by the Canada Revenue Agency.
The charges come after the CRA reported that 900 social insurance numbers were stolen in a web security breach due to the Heartbleed bug.
Stephen Arthuro Solis-Reyes was arrested at his home on Tuesday without incident, RCMP said Wednesday.
He faces one count of unauthorized use of a computer and one count of mischief in relation to data.
The RCMP conducted a search of the suspect's residence and seized computer equipment.
Solis-Reyes is scheduled to appear in court in Ottawa on July 17.

Rebel videos, photos show US-made rockets in Syria

Recently emerged videos and photos show Syrian rebels armed with what experts say are US anti-tank rockets. These are the first significant American-built armaments to be seen in the country, as the civil war reaches a stalemate.
Although it was not possible to independently verify the footage – most of which has now been removed from YouTube – analysts said that BGM-71 TOW anti-tank rockets, made by the US, were shown in the videos. However, they added that the rockets could have been supplied by an American ally such as Saudi Arabia, possibly with Washington's tacit agreement, Reuters reported.
“With US-made TOW anti-tank missiles now seen in the hands of three groups in the north and the south of Syria, it is safe to say that is important,” said Charles Lister, a visiting fellow at the Brookings Institution Doha center, who was one of the first people to identify the weapons.
Three videos were initially posted on April 1 and April 5. Two were removed, but one – which appears to show what may be a rocket in the back of a pickup truck – remains. A clearer still image was posted by Lister in the Huffington Post last week.
Other arms experts and analysts have also reviewed the videos and photos. The rebel faction operating the missiles has been identified as Harakat Hazm, a relatively secular and moderate group.
Samer Muhammad, an opposition activist now based in southeastern Turkey and a former member of Harakat Hazm, told Reuters that the rockets were provided by the Americans.
He said that Harakat Hazm had received 10 anti-tank missiles earlier this month near the cities of Aleppo and Idlib, in northeastern Syria. He also said that Harakat Hazm used five of them to destroy four of Assad’s tanks in a battle in the Idlib suburbs, though this information could not be verified independently.

DHS insider gives final warning

Under the cover and amid the distraction of the Christmas bustle, I had my last “official” contact with a source inside the Department of Homeland Security known as “Rosebud” in my writings. My source is leaving his position, retiring along with numerous others choosing to leave this bureaucratic monstrosity.

For this contact, my source took unprecedented measures to be certain that our contact was far off the radar of prying government eyes and ears. I was stunned at the lengths he employed, and even found myself somewhat annoyed by the inconvenience that his cloak-and-dagger approach caused. It was necessary, according to my source, because all department heads under FEMA and DHS are under orders to identify anyone disclosing any information for termination and potential criminal prosecution.
“DHS is like a prison environment, complete with prison snitches,” he said, referring to the search for leaks and leakers. And the warden is obsessed. Ask anyone in DHS. No one trusts anyone else and whatever sources might be left are shutting up. The threats that have been made far exceed anything I’ve ever seen. Good people are afraid for their lives and the lives of their families. We’ve all been threatened. They see the writing on the wall and are leaving. It’s not a joke and not hype.”
The following is a narrative from my source, prefaced with the instructions to “take it or leave it,” and “disregard it at your own peril.” He added that it’s now up to each American to act on the information themselves or suffer the consequences. “I’ve resigned myself to the fact that most [Americans] will never be convinced of the reality that is taking place right in front of them.”
THE PLAN EXPLAINED:

Holder Asks Congress for $15 Million, Claims Shootings on the Rise

On April 15th, Attorney General Eric Holder asked Congress to approve $15 million that can be used to prepare for shooting incidents, which he claims are increasing.

According to The Hill, Holder made the request via a "weekly video message" posted to the Department of Justice website.
Besides asking Congress to okay the funding, Holder said: "As a nation, we must confront this alarming rise and all of its underlying causes--honestly, factually, and without regard for political consequence. We must deal with these incidents whenever they happen--but just as importantly, we must prevent them whenever we can."
Regarding the $15 million specifically, Holder said: "This critical funding would help the Justice Department ensure that America's police officers have the tools and guidance they need to effectively respond to active shooter incidents whenever and wherever they arise."
Holder suggested "active shooting situations" have been on the increase in the United States since 2009. But Northeastern University criminologist James Alan Fox contends his decades of study show otherwise.
Following the Aurora theater shooting and the attack at the Sikh temple in Wisconsin, Fox said the "one not-so-tiny flaw in all these theories for the increase in mass shootings" is "that mass shootings have not increased in number or in overall body count, at least not over the past several decades."

The west is obliged to defend Ukraine – and Putin must know what that means

Force should be met with force in Ukraine, but civil war can only be avoided if Russia's legitimate interests there are accepted.

As foreign ministers from Russia, the UK, the US and Ukraine prepare for talks in Geneva on Thursday, Ukraine is stumbling towards civil war – the victim both of President Vladimir Putin's ambition and spite, and of the west's consistent failure to predict or counter his moves. All the signs suggest they are going to leave it too late once again.
First, let us be clear: Putin has no grand plan to reconquer all parts of the Soviet Union. (Wanting to create a common market with a few of them is hardly a crime.) But he certainly has other goals, scarcely less sinister, such as "protecting" what he describes as "the Russian world". And he is a master in reacting to events, often created by the west, and turning them to his advantage. He will prise open any chink that allows him to further his aims, and he will continue to do so if the west keeps pussy-footing around.
The EU astonishingly failed to predict that Ukraine's former president Viktor Yanukovych would turn away from a "partnership" deal that promised little money and lots of tough conditions. This gave Putin his first chance to make an opportunistic counter-proposal that cost, in Russian terms, small change. That in turn provoked the "Maidan" revolution and Ukraine's decisive turn to the west. Once again, amid the mad cheering over the downfall of Putin's supposed ally Yanukovych, no western leaders seemed to foresee what this would provoke.
It should hardly have been a surprise that Putin's first thought would be to secure his Crimean military base from Nato hands. He has more or less promised this for years.
At that point, surely, the west should have taken steps to make absolutely sure that eastern Ukraine would not fall too. That required a big stick, and big carrots too – or at least some subtle diplomacy. Instead we got utterly meaningless sanctions aimed at the wrong people (Putin's big-business cronies do not determine his foreign policies).

Four anti-govt protesters shot while rallying near Ukrainian military base - reports

Four people have reportedly been injured by gunfire in a confrontation between anti-Maidan protesters and soldiers stationed at an Interior Ministry base in the Ukrainian city of Mariupol.
A group of several dozen protesters arrived at the base, located in the turbulent Donetsk region, on Wednesday evening.
They called on the troops to abandon the base, but the soldiers didn't listen, the demonstrators said.
Instead, the troops opened fire at the protesters, injuring at least four people. One of them took a bullet in his chest and is in serious condition, according to protesters.
Some local media claimed the protesters were armed with Molotov cocktails, which they used in the confrontation, but no evidence of this was immediately available.
Local residents report military jets flying over the city.
Dotetsk region has been gripped by anti-Maidan protests since last week, with activists seizing a number of governmental buildings in several cities and towns.
Kiev's coup-imposed authorities announced an 'anti-terrorist operation' involving military units against the protesters, but have so far had little success in the crackdown.

Obama Admin Makes New Rules on Grains, Breweries Rebel

For generations brewers have been selling leftover brewing grains to farmers to feed to their livestock, but now the feds want to interfere and make that transaction harder and more expensive, a move that will drive up the costs of both beer and food.

But America's breweries and farmers are not taking this quietly.
"The whole brewing community was shocked about it," Josh Deth, co-owner of Revolution Brewing in Chicago, told Fox News.
Currently brewers make deals with farmers where the farmers cart off the used grains. Often the deal is done without cost to both parties.
"We're trading, giving something of value to each other and working it out. I think that's one of the really great things, and people really hate to see the government get involved in something where they can just as easily stay out of this," Deth said.
But under the new rules, the grains would be regulated like pet foods and would have to meet FDA regulations for food safety. These regulations would cost both farmers and brewers more than a handshake.
Naturally there isn't a single report in the entire history of these grain deals of harm coming to either livestock or humans. Regardless, regulators in Washington have found yet another thing to interfere in and, yet again, the feds want to stop Americans from doing something they've done since the country was young.
Along with the outrage caused among brewers and farmers, a few Congressmen have also questioned the FDA over why these sudden new rules are necessary, causing the FDA to take another look at the regulations.

$251,000: Taxpayer Cost for FLOTUS, Daughters Side Trips in Dublin, and $3,300-Per Night Hotel Room

(CNSNews.com) – When President Barack Obama attended the G-8 summit in Ireland last June 17-18, first lady Michelle Obama and their two daughters, Sasha and Malia, went on the trip but made sightseeing visits in Dublin, attended a production of Riverdance, and toured a national park, activities that cost U.S. taxpayers $251,161.86, according to Judicial Watch, a government watchdog group.
A large portion of that expense, $55,004.85, was for 30 rooms at the Shelbourne Dublin hotel, which included the $3,300-per-night Princess Grace Suite, where the first lady stayed. An additional $70,855.44 was for hotel rooms at the Westbury Hotel in Dublin.
The entire cost for Michelle Obama and her daughters, including flight and security expenses, is estimated at around $5 million, said Judicial Watch, while the total costs that include the president’s official meeting, were $7,921,636.66.
“It is clear that the Obamas abused the perk of the president’s official trip to the G-8 summit for a luxury European vacation at taxpayer expense,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in a press release. “And it is shameful that it took a federal lawsuit to obtain this information. Transparency goes by the wayside for the Obamas when it comes to covering up their abuse of taxpayer resources.”

  1. I read your posts and listened to your show. You repeat the obvious but stop there. Get to the thinking, what happened to thinking outside the box? Look at the world around you and how it is imploding with no power or want or desire to stop it. Why is that? What do you think is really going on and why? This is never going to be fixed, this is the world being walked into its future. You had it right a long time ago and seem to have forgotten your own predictions. Have you too been dosed by the dummy juice that society has been soaked in now in every nation all for the same end? Write about that, forget this hacking over the same news and get to the where it is all going as the public, they just do not get it
