"1.8 Million Definite Militia Members" to March on DC, Install New Government
Harry Riley has a dream. On the morning of May 16, somewhere between 10 and 30 million (estimates vary) God-fearing patriots will assemble in Washington, DC, for what Riley, a retired Army colonel from the Florida panhandle, is calling "Operation American Spring." They’ll protest outside the White House by day and set up in campgrounds and RV parks outside the city by night. They won't leave until President Barack Obama, along with Attorney General Eric Holder and congressional leaders of both parties, resign and appear before a specially convened investigative tribunal for further disciplinary action—a polite version of a tea party coup. It's not likely to happen—but two former Fox News personalities have endorsed the endeavor."We have 1.8 million definite militia members coming," promises Operation American Spring spokeswoman Karen Smith. (The Anti-Defamation League pegs the number of American militia members at about 20,000.) "Other than that, we're not keeping a list of concerned people or whatever because how are we gonna do that?"
MSNBC’s Breaking News: Hey, ‘There May Be Something’ To This Benghazi Thing, After All
MSNBC host Alex Wagner has chastised Republicans from the beginning for their allegations against the administration over Benghazi.Following revelations this week that the White House was behind the talking points Susan Rice used on Sunday talk shows following the attack, Wagner is singing a different tune.
So… since ABC has also started doing some recent reporting on Benghazi, and not just Fox, all of a sudden there ‘may be something to it’? This is a news network?
Scarborough Loses it Over WH Cover-Up: 'Everybody Watching Knows It's About Benghazi'
Thursday on MSNBC's "Morning Joe," co-host Joe Scarborough became animate over Donny Deutsch's warning that Republican's should be cautious when trying to make political hay over revelations the Obama White House was behind the video protest false narrative.
Scarborough was particularly took issue with White House press secretary Jay Carney's argument to ABC News' Jon Karl that the newly revealed Ben Rhodes email was not about Benghazi...
Two Brothers at Center of Benghazi Controversy: One Runs CBS News, the Other Is Obama’s AdviserThe disclosure this week of a White House document on Benghazi has thrust CBS News into the spotlight for its coverage in the aftermath of the terrorist attack.
CBS News President David Rhodes is the brother of Ben Rhodes, the White House deputy national security adviser who drafted the newly released document about Benghazi just days after the Sept. 11, 2012, attack that killed four Americans. Ben Rhodes’s involvement was first revealed Tuesday when Judicial Watch obtained the document as part of a court case.
Last night, “CBS Evening News” did not cover the latest developments on the story, even though reporters peppered White House press secretary Jay Carney with questions earlier in the day.
The Washington Free Beacon reports CBS was the only evening newscast not to cover the latest details on Benghazi. The program instead covered “the weather, Oklahoma executions, and the arrest of a former Irish Republican Army operative.”
Earlier yesterday, Glenn Beck interviewed Sharyl Attkisson, a former CBS News investigative reporter, about the Benghazi disclosure and the Rhodes brothers. Attkisson revealed that she sought the same Ben Rhodes document that Judicial Watch eventually obtained. CBS News, however, would not take the matter to court.
“CBS wasn’t willing to file a [Freedom of Information Act] lawsuit when I was there to try to get some of these documents,” Attkisson said.

Missouri Moves Towards Impeachment of Democrat Governor Nixon
The Missouri House of Representatives will hold committee hearings on Wednesday to consider the impeachment of Democrat Governor Jay Nixon.
Nixon is accused of dictatorial, unconstitutional actions, similar to those as Democrat President Barack Obama, picking and choosing which laws he will enforce, depending on whether he likes them or not, or basing them on the current winds of political correctness, rather than what the Missouri Constitution states.
In November 2013, Nixon issued an executive order, bypassing Congress, requiring that Missouri accept joint tax returns for “married” homosexual couples. This clearly violates the Missouri State Constitution, according to the Articles of Impeachment against Nixon, something Nixon has no legal authority to alter or change on his authorization alone.
Specifically, Nixon’s Articles of Impeachment state, in Article I, that Nixon has violated Article I, Section 33 of the Missouri Constitution, which was adopted on August 3, 2004, with “overwhelming” support. Furthermore, Section 143.031 only authorizes a “husband and wife,” referring to a man and a woman, to file a Missouri state combined income tax return. The articles call this a “blatant and complete disregard for the will of the people of this state,” and that this violates Nixon’s oath of office which states the governor must “faithfully execute” the state’s laws, making Nixon guilty of “willful neglect of duty and misconduct in office, an impeachable offinse under Article VII, Section 1 of the Missouri Constitution.”
If You Are Afraid Of Another Bundy Siege, This Congressman Has A Plan To Never Let It Happen Again
The recent standoff between federal Bureau of Land Management agents and protesters at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada exposed a reality many Americans have seen coming for decades. Federal agencies are becoming more tyrannical as they rely on their own armed officers instead of, as our Constitution mandates, allowing local and state authorities to handle law enforcement.
While many politicians have spoken out against this creeping authoritarianism, at least one elected official is advancing a plan to combat it. House Appropriations Committee member Chris Stewart recently announced he wants to see funding for a myriad of agencies with their own “paramilitary” forces.
“There are lots of people who are really concerned when the BLM shows up with its own SWAT team,” he said this week.
The Utah representative explained that these federal agencies were established for regulatory purposes only and have systematically been gravitating toward enforcement.
Stewart said his position should not be construed as support of the Bundy family, but as concern regarding how the situation was handled by the BLM.
“They should do what anyone else would do,” he explained. “Call the local sheriff, who has the capability to intervene in situations like that.”
His concerns have been echoed by a number of other, mostly Republican, legislators. Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, for example, complained that there are now “48 federal agencies carrying weapons and having SWAT teams.”
If Stewart gets his wish, the spending cuts would force these agencies to defer to local authorities when a situation like the Bundy Ranch dispute arises.
BLM spokesperson Jessica Kershaw, however, insists the bureau only has a limited number of armed officers and already depends on municipal police, sheriffs, and other authorities.
“Partnerships and coordination with local law enforcement are a key part of the equation,” she said, emphasizing the “need to leverage limited resources.”

Listen To This Democrat’s Racist Rant. Will The Media Sweep This Under The Rug?
Leftists seem to continually be on the hunt for political opponents who hold racist views. Two very recent incidents lend credence to that claim.
Following the Bundy Ranch standoff, family patriarch Cliven Bundy’s offhand remarks were taken out of context by media outlets, including the New York Times, in an effort to suggest the embattled rancher is a bigot. Just days later, Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling was banned from the NBA for life and fined $2.5 million for expressing racist views during a casual conversation recorded by another party.
Despite a record of donations in support of Democrat candidates, many leftist commentators made an effort to describe Sterling as a “registered Republican.”
Given the left’s penchant for exposing – or manufacturing – racism among Republicans, one wonders how these activists will react to the recent scandal surrounding Belleville, N.J. mayoral candidate Marie Strumolo Burke.
Reports indicate the voice caught delivering a profane rant against blacks in a voicemail message from last year belongs to the Democrat councilwoman.
Sam Papa, who served as the town’s planning board chairman, left the message for Councilman Kevin Kennedy. As he spoke about proposed changes to the tax code, a woman’s expletive-infused commentary is heard in the background.
“This is terrible,” the woman stated. “This is terrible. This is gonna be a f—king n—ger town.”
Though Burke apparently denies it is her making the comments, fellow council members are apparently not convinced. The panel sent a request to the Democrat National Committee to censure her amid growing controversy.
Her mayoral opponent, incumbent Raymond Kimble, said he was “disturbed” by the voicemail recording. Listen to recording here
Operation American Spring – Call for Ten Million Patriots to March and Occupy DC
A simple one page website has gone up with a very intriguing and important message. The site, Patriots for America is organizing what could be the march on Washington that all of the others have been a lead up to. The anger and frustration that has been building in the citizens of America may now be being given an avenue through which to construct a solution to the critically serious malady that faces our nation. The mission of the movement is stated simply as the “Restoration of Constitutional government, rule of law, freedom, and liberty ‘of the people, for the people, by the people’ from despotic and tyrannical federal leadership.”
The objective is stated as one which is not targeting the government itself but rather the corrupt leadership within that government.
They recognize that those in power will not hesitate to use force against unarmed, peaceful patriots exercising their Constitutional rights and that some may die, be wounded or incarcerated. No attempt is made to keep the movement secret; the organizers recognize that even if they desired to do so, it is not possible in today’s world.
Their plan is to assemble as many patriotic Americans as they can, with a target of ten million, into a peaceful, non-violent and physically unarmed display of loyalty to the Constitution of the United States. The effect will also serve as a physical demand that the present leadership in the U.S. must be removed.
Of the ten million who assemble, a static force of at least one million must be prepared to stay in DC in order to force the ouster of the incumbents. Their plan is for the senior Republican in the US House of Representatives to become the Speaker of the House, and for the House of Representatives to elect a temporary President and Vice President. The Senate would elect a new majority and minority leadership as well.
They provide that the U.S. Congress will execute appropriate legislation to convene new elections or the individual U.S. States could appoint replacements for positions vacated in a manner consistent with established constitutional requirements.
A key component of the move to retake the government will be the punishment of those who have abused the trust of the American people.
