Bodies of Three Kidnapped Israeli Teens Believed to Have Been Found

The bodies of the three missing Israeli teenagers are believed to have been found, the New York Times is reporting.
An emergency Israeli cabinet meeting was called late Monday.
“They know it’s the three, they will know for sure after they do the autopsy,” an Israeli government official told the Times. The three appeared to have been shot to death “very close to” the time they were kidnapped in the West Bank earlier this month.
Eyal Yifrah, 19, Gilad Shaar, 16, and Naftali Fraenkel, a 16-year-old with dual Israeli-American citizenship, disappeared June 12 while hitchhiking. Israel has blamed Hamas.
The three bodies were discovered by security forces in a field near the city of Hebron Monday afternoon, the Jerusalem Post reported.

The Times of Israel reported today that almost the entire Syrian side of the Golan Heights is now under the control of rebel forces, including radical Islamist groups, a senior Israeli military commander in the area said Friday.

Only the Quneitra border area is still in the hands of forces loyal to President Bashar Assad, Lt.-Col. Anan Abbas, deputy commander of the Golan Brigade, told Israel’s Channel 10. About 95 percent of the Syrian side of the Golan is in the hands of anti-Assad rebels, including radical Islamic groups such as the Al-Nusra Front, affiliated with al-Qaeda, a rival of the burgeoning Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, better known as ISIL or ISIS.

One of two Syrian army brigades that used to control the area has completely disappeared, the officer said. At present, the Islamist groups in the area are focused on the war against Assad, he said, “but we know their goal is to harm Israel; we’ve seen their propaganda material.”

‘White Widow’ of London bomber remarried into family tied to notorious Al-Qaeda commander

Lewthwaite, whose first husband was the July 7 attacker Germaine Lindsay, is charged with plotting a bombing campaign across Kenya at Christmas 2011. When Kenyan police broke up her terror cell on Dec 19 that year, she was so close to the family of her new husband, Fahmi Jamal Salim, she fled to their home.

She met Salim, a Kenyan, with whom she is thought to have the two youngest of her four children, in South Africa in 2008. They were introduced to each other by Abdullah Al-Faisal, a radical Muslim hate preacher who had previously been imprisoned for four years at Long Lartin prison on Worcestershire.

Supreme Court Deals Blow to Labor Unions

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court says public sector unions can’t collect fees from home health care workers who object to being affiliated with a union.
The justices on Monday said collecting the fees violates the First Amendment rights of workers who are not union members.
The ruling is a financial blow to labor unions that have bolstered their ranks in Illinois and other states by signing up hundreds of thousands of home health care workers.
The case was brought by a group of Illinois in-home care workers who said they didn’t want to pay fees related to collective bargaining. They claimed the “fair share fees” violate their constitutional rights by compelling them to associate with the union.
Lower courts had thrown out the lawsuit.

Drone-Hunting Lasers Coming Soon to U.S. Navy Ship

June 30 (Bloomberg) –- The U.S Navy has developed a brand new weapon that could become the norm for taking down enemy drones and other small vessels. The Laser Weapon System, or LaWS, is the Navy’s next line of defense against anything from Iranian unmanned drones to Somali pirate boats. The system will be installed on the USS Ponce and get tested across the Persian Gulf this summer. While the program is only in the prototype phase now, the weapon could be deployed across the Navy’s fleet by 2017.

Lib newspaper rebukes Obama and demands an IRS special prosecutor

President Obama made headlines in Minneapolis on Thursday, rolling out his “phony scandal” rhetoric to address the cascade of questionable acts now receiving public outrage, and not just from Republicans. In a stunning rebuke, the dominant newspaper in the state of Minnesota, the very left-wing and politically correct Star-Tribune of Minneapolis has editorialized a demand for a special prosecutor:

The old caution against ascribing to malice what can be explained by incompetence is worth keeping in mind when evaluating a high-profile blunder in either the private or public sector, such as the Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of conservative groups for extra scrutiny. 

But the latest twist in the long-running controversy — the eye-rollingly convenient loss of IRS e-mails — moves the needle from ineptitude and toward the other, more troubling end of the spectrum. While the lost e-mails aren’t definitive proof of an orchestrated effort by the IRS or the Obama administration, the recent news that thousands of e-mails were obliterated in a computer hard-drive crash in 2011 is tough to swallow, not only for technology professionals, but also for an increasingly tech-savvy public.

Tyranny expands as consumer agency gives itself power to shut down businesses

In a stunning and unprecedented move the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), under the terms of the Dodd-Frank bill that was passed in haste after the Wall St. meltdown in 2008, passed a new rule that gives itself the power the shut down businesses at will and at any time, without having to provide a reason. A simple "cease and desist" order is all that is needed for the government agency to shut down any business for any reason.
According to Townhall, the businesses that are shut down cannot reopen their doors until the issue is resolved, as indicated by special government permission or a direct court order. This could take years, given that the business will then be placed in the American judicial system that is known for its years of delays. Thus, the CFPB order to shutter the doors and windows of a business is tantamount to permanently preventing them from doing business ever again. This latest expansion of government tyranny is merely the next phase in the gradual power grab by the federal government which strips private business of their right to engage in commerce. Business owners from small operations to large will be placed in a financially untenable situation where many will be unable to afford to continue.

Half The Nation Calling For “Convention of the States” To Stop Obama

Between the almost countless scandals consuming the current administration and Obama’s ever growing display of constant overreach, it seems that just about half the country is entirely fed up with Obama’s lawlessness. As it stands, 22 states have already called for, and passed a resolution in favor of, a “convention of the states,” while another 7 are currently in the process of hopping on board.
If anything Obama has displayed his utmost lack of care when it comes to the U.S. Constitution and the power limits of his office acting more as a dictator to enact what he wants, when he wants. In an effort to reel in the out-of-control Commander-in-Chief, many states are calling for a little more definition be added to the Constitution in order to more clearly outline Obama’s Presidential abilities.
Mr. pen and phone isn’t going to be happy as The Blaze explains:

Already, 22 state legislatures have passed resolutions supporting a convention to pass a balanced budget amendment through both chambers, according to the State Government Leadership Foundation, which is spearheading the Demand Balance Now initiative. Meanwhile, five states passed such legislation in one of their legislative chambers during this year’s legislative session.

Furthermore, another 7 are in the process of passing resolutions making the grand total to be somewhere around 29. What’s even better yet is that an Article V convention of the states takes 34 states, or 2/3 the nation, to be in agreement on the matter leaving just five more to go.

To the managing editor of the Boston Review, Simon Waxman, the use of Native American tribe names for military helicopters is a shameful injustice, perpetrated by the American government. Say what?
Cashing in on the loud opposition to the Washington Redskins’ team name, Waxman wrote an editorial for the Washington Post in which he argues that the government is essentially shoving the unjust conquering of Native Americans right back in their faces.
It is worse than denial; it is propaganda. The message carried by the word Apache emblazoned on one of history’s great fighting machines is that the Americans overcame an opponent so powerful and true that we are proud to adopt its name. They tested our mettle, and we proved stronger, so don’t mess with us.
In whatever measure it is tribute to the dead, it is in greater measure a boost to our national sense of superiority. And this message of superiority is shared not just with U.S. citizens but with those of the 14 nations whose governments buy the Apache helicopters we sell. It is shared, too, with those who hear the whir of an Apache overhead or find its guns trained on them.

MILITIA AND PATRIOTS FORM ‘HUMAN CHAIN’ AT BORDER TO STOP ILLEGALS!

Militia members and other concerned U.S. citizens are converging on the border town of Laredo, Texas to create a blockade against illegal immigrants crossing into the United States, the organizer of the human chain and protest said on Newsmax TV‘s “MidPoint.”

“This will continue for days and weeks to come” and spread “to other points” along the U.S.-Mexico frontier, Barbie Rogers, founder of the Patriots Information Hotline, said in a telephone interview.
Rogers declined to give an exact head count beyond “more than 50 people” or reveal whether participants are armed, citing worries about their security.

But she said blockaders will follow the same rules of engagement as protesters in an April standoff between federal officials and Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy. 

“Just like at the Bundy ranch, there will be no patriot out there on that line that will fire first,” Rogers said. 

Her website on Wednesday posted a “call to ACTION for all Militia, III%ers, Oathkeepers, and Patriotic support personnel.”

“We are trying to contact every person and every patriot in the United States to go down and help do something the government should have done a long time ago,” Rogers said.

As for whether blockaders are carrying firearms, she said, “The situation these men are walking into — they have a very good possibility of being shot by the drug cartels down there, the gang members down there, and also by our own government down there.”

A surge of migrants from Central America, many of them unaccompanied children, has caught border officials off guard and left federal and state authorities in Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico scrambling to respond.

Rogers said her organization is stepping into the fray with a message: “We’re trying to say that we the people are fed up.”

BREAKING: Meet Emmet Sullivan, IRS Judge Who Once Sicced a Special Prosecutor on DOJ

Americans are appalled over the false testimony of four consecutive IRS Commissioners, Lois Lerner’s countless acts of malfeasance, and the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups and specific individuals, among them Senator Grassley. The ultimate outrage came over the lame, intellectually insulting assertions that all of the most relevant emails have gone missing from multiple IRS computers at the same time.
Today, Judicial Watch found a federal judge who has the integrity and fortitude to seek Justice—and this isn’t his first whack at the Department of Justice either. Enter Emmet G. Sullivan, United States District Judge for the District of Columbia. Mark July 10 in RED on your calendars.
Now, “Internal Revenue Service officials will have to explain to a federal judge July 10 why the tax agency didn’t inform the court that Lois Lerner’s emails had been lost,” the Washington Examiner reports.
Earlier today, attorneys for Judicial Watch sought a courtroom status conference “as soon as possible to discuss the IRS’s failure to fulfill its duties to this court under the law, as well as other ramifications of this lawsuit.” It took Judge Sullivan just a few hours to grant the hearing.
Now the IRS will have to talk to Judge Sullivan about all this—and he has the power to do something about it.
Judge Sullivan is the judge who held federal prosecutors in contempt, dismissed an unjust indictment against a United States Senator, and publicly excoriated the Department of Justice. He also had the moral conviction, courage and gumption to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the Justice Department and the individual prosecutors.


IRS Admits to Leaking Confidential Info That Handed Obama the Presidency

Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney’s campaign took a big hit after his finances were publicly exposed, information which he is still personally chastised for from the left still today.  However, this information was a follow-up to another vindictive incidence of the same nature where the gay-rights group, Human Rights Campaign, posted Romney’s name and contact info on its website for being a major donor to the HRC’s opponent, National Organization for Marriage (NOM).
Naturally, left leaning media outlets such as the Huffington Post devoured the information and spewed it back out on their sites for all to gawk at.  Incidentally, HRC’s president at the time, Joe Solmonese, just so happened to be the national co-chairman of Barack Obama’s reelection campaign.
If something seems to smell wrong about this ironic connection, you’re right.
As it turns out, there were more people invited to the trash the conservative candidate’s party.  None other than the anti-honesty organization known as the IRS who is now under some heavy scrutiny, has admitted to illegally leaking the information to the gay-rights group.  As such, they’re now on the hook to pay NOM $50,000.

“Congress made the disclosure of confidential tax return information a serious matter for a reason,” NOM Chairman John D. Eastman told The Daily Signal.

The NOM states that they are delighted that the IRS has now been held accountable for the illegal disclosure of their list of major donors from our tax return.  Retribution to wrong-doing is always fulfilling.  There needs to be more of that in Washington.
In a back-handed, deceitful move, it came to light that someone within the IRS provided NOM’s tax-return information to Boston-based gay-rights activist Matthew Meisel, who in turn provided it to HRC.  Knowing ‘a guy’ sure helps out in ruining a presidential nominee, along with a heaping seedy dose of deceitfulness.
The $50,000 represents actual damages NOM incurred responding to the illegal disclosure by the IRS. Punitive damages were not determined because NOM was unable to prove that disclosure of its tax return information was deliberate – after Meisel played the popular Lois Lerner move and plead the Fifth.
Irrespective of one’s political and/or social-issue beliefs, this latest example of the blatant and illegal encroachment of the IRS into partisan politics should serve as a further reminder to all that this most powerful of government agencies has dangerously run amok.
