BREAKING: Supreme Court Rules 9-to-0 Against Barack Obama
Obama’s absolutely dismal record at the Supreme Court continues as the Court just issued a major ruling against the feds and their unconstitutional exercise of power.
The Supreme Court ruled unanimously, 9-0, against Obama just this morning in the case of Bond v. United States.
The government tried to use a federal statute against chemical weapons to prosecute a woman who put toxic chemicals on the door handle of a car owned by a woman her husband was having an affair with.

Troops Weigh In On Bowe Bergdahl's Release
While many Obama administration officials are praising the efforts that led to the release of Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, others believe that the soldier, who spent five years as a prisoner of war in Afghanistan, should be charged with desertion.
Bergdahl was handed over to a U.S. Special Operations team this weekend near the Afghanistan-Pakistan border. He has been evacuated to a military hospital in Germany to recover, according to the Washington Post.
President Obama said Saturday that the operation was an example of Washington’s “ironclad commitment to bring our prisoners of war home.”
But soldiers who served with Bergdahl are not so sure. Some believe that Bergdahl was captured only because he abandoned his post in Afghanistan and walked off into the wilderness alone on June 30, 2009. Former Army Sgt. Matt Vierkant was in Bergdahl’s platoon and told CNN that the soldier willingly left his post and as many as six soldiers lost their lives in the subsequent search for him.
"I was p*ssed off then and I am even more so now with everything going on," Vierkant said. "Bowe Bergdahl deserted during a time of war and his fellow Americans lost their lives searching for him.”

White House Says it Didn’t Break Law in Releasing Gitmo Detainees Without Notifying Congress
Saturday night President Obama announced Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, a U.S. soldier who’s been held captive by the Taliban for five-plus years, was coming home. As part of an arrangement brokered with the Taliban — with Qatar serving as an intermediary — the U.S. would release five terrorists from the Guantanamo Bay detention center.Rep. Buck McKeon: Obama’s Bergdahl Trade Was ‘Illegal’ and Hearings Will Happen!
House Republicans are accusing the White House of ignoring a legal requirement to notify Congress of such deals.
This morning, the White House responded, insisting it hasn’t broken the law. Susan Rice said because of Bergdahls’ ill health, the usual 30 day requirement for notifying Congress did not apply.
Patriot bikers to protect Maya Angelou's funeral from Westboro Baptist protest
Two Million Bikers to D.C. (2MBTDC), is building a "Wall for Maya Angelou" in order to thwart the Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) from disrupting the funeral of the iconic and controversial American poet on Thursday night in Winston Salem, North Carolina.Despite the lack of media attention, 2MBTDC tapped into the national psyche when they roared into Washington, D.C. last year on September 11. While the ride was initially in response to the pitifully-attended "Million Muslim March," the biker group evolved into something that could never have been anticipated by 2MBTDC founder Belinda Bee.
US will continue to fund Fatah-Hamas government
WASHINGTON – The US State Department announced Monday night that it planned to continue disbursing aid to Palestinians, after President Mahmoud Abbas swore in a new unity government earlier in the day which incorporated Hamas, a designated terrorist organization.
State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said that "based on what we know" President Barak Obama's administration intended to continue working with the Fatah-Hamas unity government.
Psaki said that Abbas promised to commit to the terms of the Quartet, and that the US will "evaluate the composition and policies of the new government and calibrate our approach accordingly."
FBI on nationwide manhunt for ‘armed and dangerous’ political consultant
Authorities in the United States are conducting a coast-to-coast manhunt for a San Francisco, California man suspected of getting his hands on a cache of explosives and believed to be armed and dangerous.Federal Bureau of Investigation spokesman Peter Lee told reporters over the weekend that an ongoing investigation brought them to the apartment of Ryan Kelly Chamberlain II on Saturday, where officials executed a search warrant but were unable to locate the suspect: a 42-year-old former consultant with an active social media presence and described by one acquaintance as “a nice guy.”
A crew of two dozen FBI agents, hazardous material personnel, police officers and firefighters were on the scene when the raid was carried out, the San Francisco Gate reported, and authorities closed down much of area while they scoured Chamberlain’s apartment at 1831 Pole Street for evidence.
"He did possess explosives at his residence,” Lee told reporters. "Anyone who possesses explosives should be considered armed and dangerous.”
Officials have so far declined to officer specifics with regards to what was discovered during the search, but Lee refuted media claims that suggested ricin or other chemical or biological threats existed. Nevertheless, the FBI has ordered law enforcement nationwide to be on the lookout for Chamberlain, who they say was last seen south of the city early Saturday wearing a navy blue hooded sweatshirt and jeans and driving a white 2008 Nissan Altima.
"We believe he is alone in the vehicle but we just don't know, again, where his ties or his network is so we ask that any members of the public be on the lookout for anyone that matches this man's description," Lee said during Sunday’s press conference.
But Alex Clemens, the founder of San Francisco's Barbary Coast Consulting, told the Gate that Chamberlain was known within local political circles and had worked doing social media for years on various campaigns.

Press Laugh When State Dept. Claims Obama 'Doesn’t Give Himself Enough Credit'
State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki of "hashtag diplomacy" fame asserted yesterday at a press conference that President Obama "doesn't give himself enough credit for what he's done around the world," and she received immediate backlash from reporters."Jen, you would argue the president doesn't give himself enough credit? How much credit would you give him?" Associated Press reporter Matt Lee responded.
Reporters began to laugh, and Psaki looked uneasy. "Well, I think I'd give him more than he's given himself, that's what I just said."
"What, like 200 percent credit?" Lee returned.
"So would the Secretary," Psaki added.
"I'm sorry - credit for what?" the reporters chimed in, demanding to know what "specifically Obama doesn't get enough credit for."
"For engagement in issues like Iran, what we've done on Ukraine, efforts to dive in and engage around the world," she said.

the list is fantastic and I may disagree with how you react and treat people and I am an American who loves my country but fully admit I am ashamed this idiot is our president and do not understand why he is allowed to break the law constantly and fear for us all. This man is the worst president in history and may weaken the entire world to a point of no return and for that I feel sick to my stomach. This thing with the release of the terrorists for a a wall nut who hates his country makes me feel beside myself yet no one does anything and this mad man in the white house continues on with his rampage of destruction. I hope it does not end where I am forced to leave the country I loved and fought for over this one insane man my fellow country fools gave complete power to and many Still support. I can only pray now that all that is left
