BREAKING: Obamacare Suffers Massive Defeat in Federal Court

Obamacare suffered a massive defeat today in massive court, needing to rely on glasses in order to see what an in-door flame’s color was. This is still a developing story, so please check back often as we update continuously.

Earlier today, the DC circuit federal appeals court in DC made public their decision that essentially “deleted” the IRS for at least 5,000,000 people.
The ruling was simple: Obamacare is accidentally missing some essential language that made it legally binding in state where the state decided to not build its own exchange.
As the Washington Times reported, “Americans are not entitled to Obamacare’s government subsidies if they live in a state that relied on the federal government to set up its insurance marketplace under the law, according to a federal appeals court ruling Tuesday.”
In other words, in states where the state didn’t build an exchange, and the Obamacare federal exchanges are needed, Obamacare was just ruled ineligible for federal subsidies… meaning Obamacare is unworkable.
In the simplest of terms, Obamacare’s subsidies weren’t really written for states that didn’t build their own exchange. I guess maybe they should have read it before they passed it.

While the Obamas deny it, local real estate agents claim that the Obamas are indeed in escrow on a home within a neighborhood where Bob Hope, Frank Sinatra, and Bing Crosby once lived.

Make no mistake, the area and the homes are still beautiful, pristine, and expensive. The $4.35 million custom home was, according to the L.A. Times, built in 1993. The 8,232 square foot estate is located on 3.29 acres resting on a hillside. It has a gym, 4 bedrooms, and other ‘over the top features including a pool with a 20-foot waterfall, a rock lagoon, two spas, a misting system and a putting green.”

One home on the property simply isn’t enough for Barack Obama. It also has a 2,000 bedroom casita with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

‘Sickening content’: Israel hate speech comments skyrocket on French internet

Moderators of French websites have been overwhelmed by a storm of hatred over the Israeli incursion into Gaza. The latest conflict has triggered outbreaks of violence in France between the country’s Jewish and Muslim populations.

While Parisian protests over Israel’s operation in Gaza descend into violence and clashes, the internet has seen an explosion of hate speech related to the conflict. French law bans racist, anti-Semitic or discriminatory messages, but moderators have been hard-pressed to keep up with the rise in hateful comments.

Representatives from companies that monitor online content told AFP that they normally block 25 to 40 percent of comments, but since the Israeli incursion this statistic has shot up to up to 95 percent. They say the nature of the online hate comments is very specific to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as both parties seek to monopolize websites with their hate messages.

"On the pro-Palestinian side, identical messages are posted on dozens of sites. On the pro-Israeli side, there are fewer messages but they are better organized," said Jeremie Mani, head of Madagascar-based company Netino that trawls through millions of comments every month. "This sickening content is peculiar to this conflict. The war in Syria does not trigger these kinds of comments.”

Apparently the comments are not just restricted to subjects related to the conflict. Mani said offense dialogue on the issue even cropped up in an article about the Tour de France and in another about salmon fishing.

"Without any moderation, these hate messages would invade everything, particularly as they quickly breed followers," he said. Media sites are not the only ones targeted by hate campaigns, public figures social media profiles have also been hijacked by commentators to spread hate speech.

S*** to hit fan! — Large empty department stores, Wal-Marts being converted into FEMA camps now!

(INTELLIHUB) — As you may know, I recently reported that the Department of Defense along with the Federal Emergency Management Agency has plans to house illegal migrants in unused airport hangars and is currently housing them in camps on various military installations across the country.

Now, shockingly, under DoD authorization, FEMA is also planning to use abandon or unused department stores, shopping malls and warehouses as camps to accommodate the mass human influx from South America.

Lauren Markham, reporting for NewRepublic.com wrote:

In recent weeks, FEMA representatives have sent mass emails to advocacy networks throughout the country soliciting potential detention facilities and offering guidelines for acceptable spaces. The guidelines include being “Within 50 miles of major city (Pop ~200K)/airport; available for lease; able to be fenced or have adequate security.” Showers and toilets are preferable, according to the guidelines, but not necessary—so long as there is outdoor space for “staging areas for shower/restroom/laundry/kitchen trailers, etc.” Also preferred but not necessary, according to the email, is a kitchen, a cafeteria, recreational space, and classroom space. Suggestions for potentially workable locations? “Office space, warehouse, big box store, shopping mall with interior concourse, event venues, hotel or dorms, aircraft hangers”—provided that they are vacant and able to be leased.

Since the failures of Hurricane Katrina, faith in FEMA to adequately respond to large-scale crisis situations has remained shaky at best. These pleas for empty big box stores do not restore much confidence. According to a press statement from the American Red Cross, at the “urgent request of the federal government,” the Red Cross is providing “blankets and hygiene kits to U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Texas, and is providing assistance in Nogales, Arizona, with contacting and placing phone calls to the children’s families.” Red Cross representatives declined to comment about whether the organization is able, or would like to, offer more assistance to FEMA—such as setting up emergency tent shelters along the border, like they do in disaster zones around the globe, while FEMA secures indoor facilities.

The rise of a self-proclaimed Islamic caliphate in parts of Syria and Iraq is already responsible for the eradication of Christianity in the historic city of Mosul, and this could be the first step toward much greater persecution in the weeks and months to come.
Even before the rise of the radical Islamists calling themselves the Islamic State, or ISIS, Christianity was greatly endangered in Iraq. Open Doors USA listed it as the fourth worst persecutor of Christians in the world earlier in the year.
“Iraq was already a very dangerous place for Christians because of the weakness of the central government and their inability or unwillingness to protect Christian churches and Christians who wanted to choose for themselves what their religious beliefs worse,” said Open Doors USA President and CEO Dr. David Curry, who added that the latest developments in Iraq are making things exponentially worse.

Tens of Thousands of Felons could have Their Prison Terms Cut

The U.S. Sentencing Commission decided yesterday that nearly 50,000 federal drug offenders currently in prison are eligible for reduced sentences, a move that could flood the nation’s courts and prosecutors with applications for leniency.

By a unanimous vote, the commission made retroactive an earlier change that had lightened potential punishments for most future drug offenders who are sentenced starting in November. Yesterday’s move extends that change to 46,000 current inmates, allowing them to have their cases reviewed again by a judge.

The action by the commission – an independent agency that sets sentencing policies for federal crimes – means that nearly half of the nation’s 100,000 federal drug inmates can apply for reductions. Those eligible could have their sentences shaved by an average of about two years, the commission said. Congress has until November to void the move, which would take effect next year, but there is little indication of opposition on Capitol Hill.
