Obama BANNING RAIN WATER? Man Sentenced to 30 Days for Catching Rain Water on Own Property Enters Jail

Just When You thought you heard it all. It couldn’t get anymore bozarre than this.In a time when unconstitutional overreach has become synonymous with government and domestic terrorism is chiefly an enterprise carried out by alphabetic government agencies, public enemy agency number one is once again targeting innocent American citizens.

Gary Harrington, the Oregon man convicted of collecting rainwater and snow runoff on his rural property surrendered Wednesday morning to begin serving his 30-day, jail sentence in Medford, Ore.
“I’m sacrificing my liberty so we can stand up as a country and stand for our liberty,” Harrington told a small crowd of people gathered outside of the Jackson County (Ore.) Jail.
Several people held signs that showed support for Harrington as he was taken inside the jail.
Harrington was found guilty two weeks ago of breaking a 1925 law for having, what state water managers called “three illegal reservoirs” on his property. He was convicted of nine misdemeanors, sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined over $1500 for collecting rainwater and snow runoff on his property.
The Oregon Water Resources Department, claims that Harrington has been violating the state’s water use law by diverting water from streams running into the Big Butte River.
But Harrington says he is not diverting the state’s water — merely collecting rainwater and snow melt that falls or flows on his own property.
Harrington has vowed to continue to fight the penalty, stating that the government has become “big bullies” and that “from here on in, I’m going to fight it.”

What Obama just said about Muslims and their influence on America is beyond disturbing

Obama says that Muslims built the “very fabric of our nation”.  I feel like Obama is just trolling us at this point.

Illegal immigrants protest outside White House, with little fear of repercussions

Illegal immigrant demonstrators were protesting outside the White House on Monday – but don’t expect America’s immigration officers to intervene.
An Immigration and Customs Enforcement official indicated that even if the protesters end up getting arrested by D.C. police, they’d have to be serious criminals for ICE to get involved.

“Unless the individuals meet ICE’s enforcement priorities, it’s unlikely that the agency would get involved in the case,” the official told FoxNews.com.
Under a policy that’s been in effect for several years, ICE focuses deportation mostly on serious criminals and – in some cases -- those caught in the act of crossing the border. The agency prioritizes deportation for felons, repeat offenders, gang members and others with a serious criminal record. But the agency largely gives a pass to other undocumented residents.
This is why illegal immigrant activists can protest outside the White House without worrying too much about ICE.  
They did so at lunchtime on Monday, marching across Lafayette Park to the White House and advocating a reprieve for illegal immigrant parents who brought their children to the U.S. – and whose children have benefited from a separate reprieve issued in 2012 by the Department of Homeland Security.
According to The Washington Times, illegal immigrant protesters also planned to demonstrate outside the White House on Monday afternoon, to call on immigration groups to boycott any administration meetings until illegal immigrants are included in those talks.

Illegals demand representation in White House meetings

Illegal immigrants picketed the White House Monday afternoon, calling on fellow immigrant-rights advocacy groups to refuse to meet with the Obama administration until President Obama specifically includes illegal immigrants in any future meetings.
“We are among the millions of people who will either benefit or be harmed by the decisions the President makes, and we are here to represent ourselves in any future negotiations,” said Rosi Carrasco, one of organizers, in a statement announcing the action.

Billing themselves “undocumented immigrant leaders,” the organizers said they will erect a picket line to symbolize their demand.
The groups are fighting to keep momentum in the immigration debate, which has seemingly turned against them in recent weeks as Mr. Obama tries to deal with the surge of illegal immigrant children and families across the border.
That has complicated the president’s stated desire to claim executive powers to halt even more deportations for illegal immigrants already in the interior of the U.S.
The immigration advocates had hoped he would halt all or most deportations, but Mr. Obama is under pressure to get tougher on illegal immigration in order to avoid sending the wrong message to Central Americans who are surging across the border, hoping to gain a foothold in the U.S.

Central American TV Telling Illegals to Come To America, El Presidente Obama Will Let Them Stay

This fluff piece attempts to humanize the situation of the border crashers and starts off with the reporter asking some stupid and pointless questions, like what the little girl wants to be when she grows up and why she came to the United States. She came to the United States because mom brought her.
They fail to ask some obvious questions, like how does a poor single mother with no family in the U.S. afford those expensive boots. Why, if she could afford to pay the minimum of ten thousand dollars to smugglers to get her and her daughter into the United States, doesn’t she have enough left over at the end to pay for a bus ticket to McAllen, TX? After all, Greyhound is much cheaper than Coyote.
The reporter says the illegal thinks America’s borders are open to all families. She describes television news reports in Guatemala which say that mothers and small children are being allowed to stay and getting bus tickets. Maybe that’s why she doesn’t have the bus fare. She shouldn’t believe everything she hears on TV. Then again, the part about Obama letting them stay is probably correct.
Again the claims are economic, not enough for refugee status under normal conditions, but Obama is writing his own laws. Describing the little girl, the reporter claims, “The signs of malnourishment still show through the small smile.” No they don’t, but the signs of a carefully crafted story do.
They talk of having to hide from the Federals in Mexico, as if they expected a tour guide. They should be hiding and they should be found. When they are found they should be being deported from Mexico long before they ever get to the U.S. The reporter closes out the interview with what looks like a choreographed cry by mom and daughter. Save those tears for the Border Patrol, girls. Or is this part of your practice now that you are getting close?

Palin’s Assault on Washington has Begun

HOT OFF THE PRESSES PATRIOT’S! 
Former Governor Sarah Palin has gone rogue again. Hitting the Internet today is the Gov.’s brand new website, but this apparently is not any ordinary website. According to the welcome video by the Governor, she will be in constant dialog with average America.

I immediately jumped on the site to check it out and this is what I found. Ton’s of stories with a political twist, this was all good in my opinion. The colorization of the site is beautiful, no question about that. Their IT guru did an outstanding job of laying it out. It is easy to navigate and you even get Bristol’s daily blog as well. No harm in helping family out! My only problem (and it is not really a problem I suppose) is that the Governor want’s $9.95 a month to JOIN her in her efforts to EXPOSE WASHINGTON and get her spin on it.
I am the first to admit, I am a Palin fan. She was very nice to my mother once and she is a great lady. BUT, BUT, this is not a good deal Governor and here is why. There are simply too many people in America today that don’t have a spare $10 bucks a month. As trivial as that is, it is the truth. America is suffering.
Not that she ever would, but had she called me and asked my opinion, I would have said, put the site up, do your thang and open a store on the site and sell autographed souvenirs as a means of earning money from it.
America is searching for hope and what your doing on the site is no doubt going to rattle some cages on Capitol Hill. But from one patriot to another; DROP THE MONTHLY FEE! Let’s be real here Governor, you’re a multi-millionaire and earn incredible speaking fees and huge royalties off your books not to mention your salary from Fox News. Let the average American participate until at least the economy gets better.

You Can't Make This Crap Up: China wants Greater Access to our Aircraft Carriers ..

China is seeking greater access to U.S. aircraft carriers and guidance on how to operate its own first carrier, the Liaoning, testing the limits of a newly cooperative military relationship the two sides have tried to cultivate in the past year.

The latest Chinese request came last week when U.S. Adm. Jonathan W. Greenert, chief of naval operations, visited China to explore new areas of cooperation, despite recent maritime tensions and the presence of an uninvited Chinese spy ship at naval drills off Hawaii.

China's navy chief, Adm. Wu Shengli, suggested the U.S. should bring the USS George Washington, an aircraft carrier based in Japan, to a mainland Chinese port and allow the crew of the Liaoning to take a tour, according to Adm. Greenert.

"Admiral Wu wants to work on that," Adm. Greenert told The Wall Street Journal in an interview at the end of his trip, which included a tour of the Liaoning.

"He'd like his crew to get a tour of the George Washington and have the George Washington crew, a gaggle of them, come to the Liaoning," he said. "I'm receptive to that idea."

A U.S. carrier's visit to China—possibly Shanghai—could happen within a year if Adm. Wu formally proposed it and won support for the idea from policy makers on both sides, he said.

China's defense ministry didn't respond to a request for comment.

Breaking News: Congressional Rally To Ban The Muslim Brotherhood

Compiled with the collaboration of a team of counterterrorism experts, lawyers and former prosecutors, the draft legislation makes the case that the Muslim Brotherhood is not only directly responsible for numerous acts of terrorist violence, but that the MB is the ideological parent of all modern jihadi terrorist groups, including Al Qaeda and Hamas.Congresswoman Michele Bachmann, with the co-sponsorship of seven other House Representatives, released a bill to finally designate the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO).

The bill argues that the Muslim Brotherhood meets those requirements,  has close ties to Hamas and al-Qaeda, both of which have been designated by the United States as FTO’s for years, and is guilty of “numerous acts of terrorist violence” it its own right.
The organization’s motto–”Jihad is our way”–would also seem to argue for its inclusion on the FTO list.
To add any group to the FTO list via legislation is unusual. Normally, organizations are added to the list by executive order. Hamas, for example, was added by President Bill Clinton in 1995. Nonetheless, we support this bill for two reasons.

HILL PHONE LINES MELT: Fearing Obama Unilateral Amnesty Threats, Folks Jam Congress’s Phones

The American people are ticked. Breitbart is reporting that the phone lines were jammed at White House on Monday after calls were flooding the phones of their representatives to tell them to do something about the immigration crisis. See below…

The American people have risen up in response to a rallying cry from Sens. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) and Ted Cruz (R-TX), overloading the phone lines on Capitol Hill to pressure their members of Congress to fight against President Obama’s planned executive amnesty for millions of illegal aliens.
“I was on hold with the Capitol Hill switchboard about a minute or so each time I called my Representative and my two Senators,” Catharine Trauernicht, a Tea Party activist in Virginia, told Breitbart News Monday. “Typically, my calls are answered right away, but I always know that citizens have sprung into action when the switchboard recording comes on and says, ‘All of our operators are assisting other callers at this time.’”
When called by Breitbart News Monday at about 1:30 p.m., the Capitol Hill switchboard line was similarly busy.
“This shows the American people are going to resist,” a Sessions aide told Breitbart News. “The crescendo will grow. They are only beginning to be heard. They will get louder in the coming days.”
The calls are coming in response to Sen. Sessions, who last week asked the American people to rise up and pressure their elected leaders to stop the president from moving forward with any new executive amnesty. Obama has already granted executive amnesty to upwards of 800,000 illegal aliens through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program which was initiated in 2012, and this year Obama is threatening to expand DACA to five to six million illegal aliens.

Blatant lying loses family its citizenship — but earns them a $63K bill from Canadian government

Ottawa has stripped a Lebanese family of their Canadian citizenships — and handed them a $63,000 bill — after they were caught blatantly lying about living in Canada, part of a government crackdown on bogus citizens that could extend to thousands of cases.
The family — a father, mother and their two daughters — signed citizenship forms claiming they lived in Canada for almost all of the previous four years when they really lived in the United Arab Emirates, a fact even posted online in the daughters’ public résumés on LinkedIn.
The bold nature of the fabrications — that successfully won them citizenship in 2008 and 2009 — and their attempts to fight Ottawa’s decision brought rebuke from both the government and the Federal Court of Canada: not only have their citizenships been revoked, but they have been ordered to pay all of the government’s $63,442 in legal bills.
It is a punishment historically associated with only the most egregious cases, usually accused Nazi war criminals who hid their involvement in atrocities when fleeing to Canada after the Second World War.

Shocking: Senior Israeli Officials Say Obama Admin Is As Harmful To Israel As Terrorists Are

If there is one thing that is true regarding the Obama administration, it is that the mainstream media in the U.S. gives the President a free pass on just about any news that could negatively impact the White House.

So it comes as no surprise that the Obama administration was furious with Israel’s reaction to the White House demand that the Jewish State lay down its arms and commit suicide in front of Palestinian terrorism from Hamas.  They are just not used to being called out in such an overt way by the press.
Breitbart reports: In unusually harsh language, officials said the criticism of Kerry could put the relationship between the U.S. and Israel in danger. Read that statement again. In other words, because the White House didn’t like the Israeli media’s reaction to their demand that Israel commit suicide, the President of the United States may withdraw support for Israel during a time of war!
Breitbart went on to say, In trying to implement the cease-fire over the weekend, “U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry ruined everything,” wrote columnist Ari Shavit in Monday’s Haaretz, Israel’s leading liberal newspaper.  “Very senior officials in Jerusalem described the proposal that Kerry put on the table as a ‘strategic terrorist attack.”
Did you hear that? Israel considers the U.S. Secretary of State’s actions as tantamount to launching a strategic terrorist attack against Israel. Just unbelievable.
It gets better!  Kerry also tried to bring into the negotiations the nations of Qatar and Turkey, two Islamic states that are the main supporters of Hamas financially (and who knows otherwise.)
What planet am I on?  Somebody pinch me. I hope I’m having a bad dream. What other ally would ever consider trusting the United States again?
It is going to take decades to repair the damage this administration has done to the relationship with our allies.
