How does 70% of a nation’s fleet go missing (N.Korea), and the Western World can’t locate a single submarine from a satellite image?

In reading this story which was forwarded to us, we were unable to track the story to its source. However in researching the KPANF (The Korean People's Army Naval Force) I chuckled when I read this on  Wikipedia,.....70 submarines: approximately 20 Romeo class submarines (1,800 tons), 40 Sang-O-class submarines (300 tons) and 10 midget submarines including the Yono-class submarine (130 tons).^[2]

The North Korean navy is considered a brown water navy and operates mainly within the 50 kilometer exclusion zone. The fleet consists of east and west coast squadrons, which cannot support each other in the event of war with South Korea. 

 The limited range of most of the vessels means that even in peacetime it is virtually impossible for a ship on one coast to visit the other coast.

I can attest to the great job Border Services do on the Canadian Border. The American Border Service are friendly,approachable,and efficient. Equally impressed with the Canadian Border Security. They have a difficult job to do and everyday without incident is a good day ( I have been told that there are not many of those ).

When we first read this headline, our instinct was to say " About time the Main Stream Media woke up. Then realizing it was much more.
