Supreme Court Strikes Down Obama’s Power Grab

Barack Obama is getting a strong reminder that as much as he desires for his power as president to be unlimited, that’s a fantasy that will have to remain in his imagination.
Obama, not one to let the law get in his way, has attempted to use his recess appointment power to install nominees of his choosing, which usually indicates they’re big fans of his work, without the approval of the Senate.
This move, like all the others, did not win over many supporters, especially since this particular action is highly illegal.

While the president may have made a mad grab for power here, the Supreme Court just shook Obama out of his dream state by limiting his recess appointment powers.
The Court decided that Obama’s actions were illegal, stating that the recess appointment power was not created to avoid institutional conflict.

Obama-appointed judge: Border fence is racist against Mexicans

In 2006, Congress passed a law ordering the construction of fencing or a wall along the most vulnerable portions of the nearly 2,000-mile U.S.-Mexican border. 

Eight years later, the wall still hasn’t been constructed. Nor will it anytime soon because an Obama-appointed federal judge, Beryl Howell, ruled that the border fencing, i.e., an inanimate object, is racist against minority poor people (read: Mexicans).

The nonpartisan citizens watchdog group Judicial Watch reports:

A Homeland Security initiative to put fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border could discriminate against minorities, according to an Obama-appointed federal judge who’s ruled that the congressionally-approved project may have a “disparate impact on lower-income minority communities.”

This of course means that protecting the porous—and increasingly violent—southern border is politically incorrect. At least that’s what the public college professor at the center of the case is working to prove and this month she got help from a sympathetic federal judge. Denise Gilman, a clinical professor at the taxpayer-funded University of Texas-Austin, is researching the “human rights impact” of erecting a barrier to protect the U.S. from terrorists, illegal immigrants, drug traffickers and other serious threats.

It’s My Constitutional Right to Say ‘Islam Sucks’

Just a friendly reminder to the horde of sycophantic, Allah a**-kissers that pollute our political landscape: It’s my constitutional right to say–”Islam sucks!”
Yep, you got it–my right to say “Islam sucks!”
Despite the endless remonstrations from such leftist windbags as Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi that even the slightest critique of Islam is anathema–it is my constitutional right to say the so-called religion of peace is a POS.
It’s about time for those on the left to realize that our First Amendment right’s don’t end where Muslim sensibilities begin. Remember: The Constitution does not contain a “Don’t Hurt my Feelings” clause.   
I think libertarian commentator Neal Boortz said it best when declared: “Free speech is meant to protect unpopular speech.”
Bravo!
And in today’s politically correct milieu (which the Left has labored feverishly to create)–calling Islam a “barbaric, misogynistic and pedophilic dogma whose founder was a rabid warmonger” certainly qualifies as “unpopular speech.”
But, in the end– who the hell cares what the Left thinks? I certainly don’t.
We the people must not allow the Obamas of the world to truncate our free speech rights in order to safeguard a religion, doctrine, or for that matter a “protected class.” By doing so we fecklessly surrender our G-d given inalienable rights.   
Furthermore, I think it’s long overdue for Muslims in this country to stop whining and crying whenever an individual proffers even the slightest criticism of their so-called religion, or its prophet.
In short: Grow up.
Whether you like it or not (are you listening CAIR) I have a right to levy the most blistering and corrosive invective against you and your Koranic theology.
(A Koranic theology, by the way– that declares Jews “pigs” and Christians “infidels.”)
In the final analysis, the Constitution gives me the right to boldly, proudly and unequivocally proclaim that “Islam sucks!”
And Allah’s a** kissers be damned.

Hamas leader says terror group capable of targeting any Israeli city with rockets 

Hamas leader Mahmoud Zahar said Tuesday that his movement was now capable of firing rockets at any city inside Israel any time it wants.
"There will be no security for the Zionists over and under the land," Zahar said in a speech in the Gaza Strip as rockets were being fired at Israel. "We are prepared to sacrifice our blood for the sake of Palestine and we advise the Zionist enemy not to play with us."
Zahar said that Hamas and Islamic Jihad have reached agreement to "unify the weapons of resistance" against Israel.
On Tuesday evening, Palestinian terrorists fired several rockets from the Gaza Strip toward southern Israel.
The Iron Dome rocket defense system intercepted two rockets between Zikim and Ashkelon.
A third projectile launched from Gaza landed in open territory in the Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council.
No injuries or damages were reported on the Israeli side.
One rocket fired by terrorists in the Gaza Strip fell short of traversing the border with Israel and injured four Palestinians in the coastal enclave, AFP reported witnesses and medics as saying.

The College Debt Crisis Looms—Likely to Mimic Mortgage Crisis

On June 9^th , President Obama signed an executive order that would limit borrowers from having to pay more than 10% of their monthly income toward their student loans while encouraging a more comprehensive Senate legislation aimed at the repayment burden. The bill’s chief supporter, far-Left Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, was present along with student loan borrowers for the media promotion.

The congress created an income-based repayment plan, dropping the maximum monthly payment to drop from the present 15% of income to 10% in July 2014. However under that plan, only new borrowers are benefited. President Obama expands the Pay-As-You-Earn program to all federal student loan borrowers, affording them a monthly student loan payment at 10% of their income. This is expected to assist up to five million additional borrowers, starting in December 2015.
To put this in the context of a growing burden placed on American taxpayers, in March of 2010, President Obama ended a 45-year-old private lender program, making the government the only source for subsidized loans. The U.S. Department of Education granted approximately a third of the loans through the direct-lending program, now makes 100 percent of them. Banks can continue to make non-guaranteed college loans, which are more costly, to private borrowers. Students who are looking for the best value now have only one choice: the government.
The White House media promotion covering President Obama’s signing of the executive order was framed in a feigned concern for the burden of rising tuition costs on the middle class. The Federal government revenues, however, come from the taxpayers, who are now providing the means to support the credit for tuition. The taxpayers are also on the hook for federal student loan forgiveness, cancelation or discharge options of those tuition fees.
The budget for this program should have been considered before implementation. However, NYPost.com reports “that when asked about the cost, Education Secretary Arne Duncan said the administration won’t know how much it will cost until they go through the rule-making process to put the expansion in place. ‘We actually don’t know the costs yet,’ Duncan said. ‘We’ll figure that out on the back end.’ ”
Gary Goldberg, President of Financial Services appeared on Fox News’ American Headquarters Sunday. Goldberg noted that colleges’ loan criteria is not tough since they make a profit from student attending their institutions and because it is partially guaranteed by the government. He went on to point out that the average endowment fund for a college or university hovers around $700 million dollars and has basically become a professionally run pension fund for the administration and institution. Wikipedia lists U.S. institutions of higher education with endowments greater than one billion dollars according to National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO).
Usnews.com reported that “more than 7 in 10 college seniors in 2012 graduated with some amount of student loan debt, which was $29,400 on average. Nationwide, outstanding student loan debt totals to more than $1.2 trillion, surpassing credit card or auto loan debt.”
Dylan Matthews wrote a 10 part series for the Washingtonpost.com. “The Tuition is Too Damn High”. The cost of tuition is skyrocketing. Matthews reported that the average tuition, fees and room and board in 1964-65 was $13,233 a year; in 2010-2011, it was $31,395, an 137.2 percent increase.

Fraud: Local NBC Investigation Discovers Dozens of Illegal Voters in Florida

It is an article of faith on the Left that voter fraud does not exist beyond the imaginations of racist right-wingers, hellbent on imposing "unconstitutional" voter ID laws fashioned to "suppress" minority turnout in elections. These objections are race-baiting nonsense; they're unsupported by both empirical evidence and Supreme Court precedent. The high court upheld Indiana's law in a 6-3 decision in 2008. The ruling was authored by uber-liberal Justice John Paul Stevens. And after Georgia implemented its own law in 2007 (which survived a legal challenge), minority voter participation increasedin the next two election cycles. ABC News has called voter fraud a "rare but real" phenomenon, evidenced by a number of relatively high-profile convictions in recent years. Congress defunded the left-wing group ACORN (for whom Barack Obama once organized) over widespread voter registration fraud and other outrages. The watchdog group True the Vote -- whose founder's businesses and family have been harassed by the IRS and other federal agencies -- documents voter fraud prosecutions in 46 states since 2000. Which brings us to a report that aired earlier this month on NBC's local affiliate in Ft. Myers, Florida. WBBH-TV reporter Andy Pierrotti managed to track down dozens of local residents who were (a) both non-US citizens and (b) registered to vote in the swing state. Many of them had illegally voted in recent elections.

Michelle Obama Uses Racial Slur "Gypped"


First Lady Michelle Obama used the word “gypped” while talking about part-time job salaries Monday, drawing some criticism from media outlets for the racial slur.
Obama was talking about her experience as a working mother with an ABC news reporter at the White House Summit on Working Families when she used the word, according to the Daily Caller.
“The first thing I tried to do, which was a mistake, was that I tried the part-time thing… I realized I was getting gypped on that front,” she said. “What happened was I got a part-time salary but worked full time.”
“Gypped” is derived from the word “gypsy,” which refers to the Romani people. The term means to swindle or cheat someone and has many negative connotations.
President Barack Obama has also used the term “gypped” in the past even though it is considered offensive. At a 2009 town hall meeting in Pennsylvania, Obama said he wanted to regulate companies providing health insurance so he could ensure that their customers are not “gypped.”

Rumors: Mitt Romney and Ben Carson in 2016?

Regardless of whether or not Barack Obama is impeached and removed from office, the true rebuilding of the country doesn’t begin until the presidential election of 2016.
There are a number of promising presidential hopefuls for Americans to choose from come election time. Names like Ted Cruz, Trey Gowdy, and Rand Paul are commonly dropped when people start chatting about possible candidates.
One interesting pairing that is starting to gain consideration is a ticket featuring former governor Mitt Romney with Dr. Ben Carson as his running mate.
Romney has seen a surge of popularity lately due to a number of his predictions back in 2012 having prophetically come to pass. Carson has also become a favorite among conservatives for boldly discussing Obama’s failed policies at the 2013 National Prayer Breakfast.
The strengths and weaknesses of the two would balance out, which has some saying that if Romney had chosen Carson as his running mate in 2012, the election would have turned out very differently.

Evidence of Massive Voter Fraud Found in Mississippi Senate Race

Jackson, MS–Merely hours after the close of a bitter and divisive Senate race in Mississippi that saw Republican incumbent Thad Cochran pull out a win over Tea Party candidate Chris McDaniel, irregularities in voting data have emerged. According to multiple mainstream media outlets, Cochran supposedly defeated McDaniel in a razor-thin 51-49 percent victory to win the Senate seat for the great state of Mississippi.
Immediately following the announcement, McDaniel’s office opened a full investigation into the legitimacy of the vote and quickly turned up surprising results. In 13 districts, multiple instances of intimidation at the polls were reported. Large black men wearing traditional Black Panther garb were reported lingering around polling places, approaching older voters asking questions about who they intended on voting for.  In Bolivar and Coahoma counties (traditional Democratic strongholds), election officials withheld submitting voter data in order to get an idea of whether to count absentee ballots or not.  In an audit of the voter registration information, it quickly became apparent that MULTIPLE votes were cast by people who were either deceased or had long ago moved out of the district.
